Placed an online order at 9:02. I arrived at 9:16, not ready. That’s fine… gentlemen who was ordering at the counter when I arrived got his ordered before me. 9:27, order done. I asked to speak to he manager to lodge my complaint, he didn’t seem to bothered by it. Once I got into my vehicle, I noticed one of the employees looking out the window, gesturing to her coworker about me. Not acceptable.

Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to! Atmosphere was great! The music was amazing and family friendly, and was shown nothing but respect complimented with smiles. Food was perfect and was satisfying! Will definitely come back again!

First review i have ever written. This place is a joke. Puzzlingly slow – takes 15 minutes to get ur food when not even busy. Will charge u extra for cheese then not put it in the sub. Today despite having no customers and 7 workers, they forgot to put meat in my sandwich then took another 5 minutes to remake it. Don’t give ur business, this owner/manager needs to learn a lesson on how to run a sub shop. Got me in full Karen mode rn.

I could not wait for the opening in St. John’s. Most of our fast food places are not good however I expected more from JJ. We love JJ. I know they are new however they had plenty of people working. I was the first in line today and got the wrong order twice. I get the workers are new but 25 minutes in line at drive thru? They said they were filling call in orders first. Two cars left without ordering. I hope they get this corrected. Disappointed.

Ordered a mini with turkey and cheese and when I ate it it tastes like tuna fish. I’m almost sure they use that to spread tune on someone else’s sandwich. Awful sandwich and very disappointing. Not going back there.
