Never had a issue with Jimmy Johns until this location, they ignored EVERY modification on my sandwich. Added the tomatoes i wanted removed, didn’t add onion let alone the extra amount requested or the horseradish I wanted to try. And to top it off they didn’t even spend the two seconds to cut it in half. The lack of care and complete inattentiveness is disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend this location if your in a rush and don’t have time to check till your already on your way!

I recently visited this location for my customary order, a #12 sandwich with a few modifications. It was the best Jimmy John’s sub I have had in quite some time.

The service is always great, everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly and gets food quickly.
My problem is with the food. I always regret it. We hadn’t eaten here in over a year and my son begged to go. We gave it another chance and it definitely still upset my stomach. Then the smell of Jimmy John’s lingers on your hands (despite multiple washings) and clothes.
Both my son and I love Pesto…I ordered a couple pesto sides and I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to eat it again. My son looked up horrified and said the after taste tastes like mucus. He wasn’t wrong. It has completely ruined any pesto since.
I don’t know what happened but 15 years ago I loved Jimmy Johns. Now even the thought makes me sick.

I like the food. Always fast friendly competent service. Place is always clean. Location is a little concealed however not hard to find. I’ll be back (have been back a few times).
