When someone asks for a “whole pickle” they don’t mean “two half slices of a pickle”. The last time I said “please don’t cut it in half” I was met with a little bit of attitude as if that’s not a thing you guys do. But it has happened to me twice now and both times it has made me extremely sad. Eating a pickle is a very therapeutic ritual for me, and when it is cut in half it ruins the whole experience.
Just please stop cutting the pickles in half. If someone wanted two half pickles then that is what they would ask for. When I ask for a whole pickle that means I want my pickle to be untouched by man.
I’m not mad, just disappointed that I will have a pickle-less night tonight.

Absolutely terrible … ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich picked it up drive all the way back to work before realizing it was absolutely covered in ranch … like ranch was dripping from the sandwich. That’s all you could taste …. Also gave me all end piece tomatoes , old lettuce … just disgraceful for a $12 sandwich .

As someone who is gluten free I really would not expect to be eating at a sandwich shop like this but they have excellent options for dietary restrictions! I can only imagine what the regular food is like, but I expect it to be quite good!
