Seems like service has gone downhill over the past year or two. The last time I went, my sub was not toasted and I was met with attitude when I confirmed the type of sub (employee said incorrect number). The time before that, I was sent a chicken bacon ranch even though I ordered a tuna. Fyi… I’m a pescetarian. It matters when you mess up someone’s order. And somehow the outside wrapper notated it was tuna.

Order from somewhere else. They don’t read the orders. This was the second attempt at ordering from this store, they failed. On this order, they did not cut the sandwiches as we asked. They left out the potato salad we ordered. We ordered 2, got none, had to call them. They came back and only brought 1! Told them to just credit the other, never got that either. Just order from someone else and save yourself the aggravation.

Elizabeth The short heavyset girl with the lip piercings is rude and bothered by the fact that you’re there and she has to do her job. Not helpful, rude, and staff is trashy. Look out for a nose ring in your sandwich. Order was wrong and I won’t be back.

Make sure you tip, or else you’ll get this. One sub was wrapped 8 separate individual times, two had cross contamination from other ingredients (hard to eat a veggie sub with Turkey shreds), and two had very clear finger holes in the bun. Have a look for yourself.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over two hours for them to deliver two sandwiches and I live no more than five minutes away. I called twice, every hour I waited and the lady just kept telling me it was “on its way”. Finally the kid arrived and hurrah, my order is wrong. I’ve never had an issue with this place before and I understand they are busy but this is just sad. I would not waste your night like I have by ordering from them. Took a total of 3 hours and 3 different visits from the kid to receive my correct order.

I usually never have any problems with them! But I’m actually very disappointed today. I ordered delivery. I ordered a sub and I didn’t get the mustard or or avocado on it like I asked. I asked for it to be cut, and it wasn’t. I also ordered 2 large lemonades and instead I got 2 large waters. I also left instructions to let me know when they’ve arrived and they never did. I know it’s a holiday so I didn’t want to call and complain. Hopefully next time will be better.
