I recently went to here to get my usual order, a Gargantuan. I get it about once a week. I took it home and to my surprise it was very light on all ingredients. I actually go back to the store and speak a manager. She says “here’s the meat, here’s the cheese, there’s nothing I can do.” Very dismissive and unhelpful. A Gargantuan is supposed to be a BIG sandwich, not light on anything. For $21 it better be! But apparently not at this location. Seems like they are skimping on sandwich components to save money for themselves and screw their customers. And the manager needs some better training on how to speak with dissatisfied customers. Needless to say, I will never be back to this location. Do better Jimmy Johns!

I am beyond frustrated by choosing a time through the app for a specific pickup time window (11:30/11:45) and receive a message that my order is ready at 10:40 for pickup. This happens constantly. That means my food is sitting out on the shelf for a hour unrefrigerated. Sub was soggy by the time I picked it up (11:42) and was not even made the way I ordered. More time and attention needs to be taken and quit flying through the orders! My sandwich only had meat on half the sub and was not cut in half as I had asked.

This has got to be the worst Jimmy John’s around. This Jimmy John’s is not too far from my place. Every time I come here the entire staff is sitting on the counters and on their cell phones.
Nothing new today. I was the only customer in there, five employees just chilling sitting on their phones. With no acknowledgment that a customer walked through the door until I was at the counter.
I ordered a club Lulu combo. With extra lettuce, extra tomato, add cucumber. There is no extra anything. Meat and cheese were super light. Then I had to bag my own sandwich, asked for extra mayo and mustard packets on the side. While the staff was just sitting there on their phones. Nobody heard me until I had to raise my voice.
There’s literally nobody in there. I was the only customer. Worst Jimmy John’s around. How is the entire staff sitting down and they still can’t make a sandwich right. Jimmy John’s you need to do better. I’ll never be back.

Check sandwich before you leave. They didn’t put cheese on mine, tomatoes were not ripe, and there was hardly any lettuce. Seems like JJ keeps increasing their prices and quality is going down the drain.

A friend and I order from here. They said it would be here on about 15mins. Haft hr later call. Said they were giving it to another drive. Then she got a text saying it was delivered. NOT. Who ever got I hope they enjoyed it.
