Not so much a review of the staff but of Jimmy John’s as an entity. Maybe don’t be so stingy with the fillings. I asked for double meat in my sandwich and literally thought I was given an empty sub roll. I prefer the taste of JJ over subway but I get way more at subway for the price

I highly recommend any location other than this one if you want your food made correctly and don’t want to spend 30 minutes waiting for your order! Highly dissatisfied with my last 4 visits to the point I’ve decided to take my family and money to a location that deserves business! This place is an absolute joke! Half the time at night (I work nights so my lunch break is about 9:15) you can’t tell if they’re open or closed bc even at 9 all lights will be off some nights and staff will be completely rude to you if you try an order even tho it states they are open till 10. And by the time you get your food you literally spend 10 plus dollars on a sandwich that is a mess a basically inedible (this happen twice in a row on a remake!!!) I was told awhile ago I had a customer credit but every time I’ve come to redeem it they can’t find it an I honestly don’t think I should have to beg for my sandwich to be made the same way I’ve had it since this location opened!!!! No accountability there! Mistakes happen an that’s fine but anytime at any other establishment they’ve done whatever to make it right IMMEDIATELY I’ve been trying to get my sandwich remade for weeks now an they seem to have no interest in keeping customers!

They finished our order and stacked out up on the counter. We had to bag our own order. We actually had to request the right size bag. We’ve never had such poor service at Jimmy John’s in Hemlock, MI. I probably won’t return to this location.

At the Alma location, they do a good job preparing the food well, but there is nothing ‘freaky fast’ about it. Drive thru routinely takes 10+ minutes and I’ve had to wait as long as 45 minutes for deliveries. If they could fix that, I would return more often!

Been coming here for a while, the staff has always been friendly despite clearly being over worked and underpaid. Unfortunately i was informed that the only human (manager) holding this location together daily, open to close is no longer employed. Very dissapointed. Will not be back 🙁

This Jimmy John’s rocks, food was made quickly (freaky fast actually) and was fantastic! As a frequent to Jimmy John’s, I was also impressed by the staff, they really seemed to jive as a team. I ate on site and couldn’t help but notice that the Lunch time is hectic, they breezed through to. Great leadership at this location! I will return
