Ducked in here for a lunch during a relatively quiet time and was shocked by how the people behind the counter behaved. Two guys complaining about a coworker like I wasn’t sitting ten feet away. Using foul language about people while there’s someone sitting at one of your tables is not a good idea and cannot be policy. Would highly advise JJ to look into this.

I frequent this Jimmy Johns and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so positive and welcoming. They are your typical JJ’s where they work quickly to provide for their customers. The environment is always wonderful and I’ve yet to find any reason to not come back. Food included.

Have frequented this site several times over the winter. Have always had great service and never an issue with my order. Today Jason and Warren did my order and it was done when I got there and I had one placed it 5 minutes earlier! I have noticed on earlier visits when I arrive if they are not busy with orders they are busy cleaning and mopping. This site has always been clean when I pick up my order.

I have been to this location a couple of times. The first time I had no issues. The second time around, I ordered three sandwiches off the favorites menu. Two were fine, but the third (Club Lulu) had barely any protein on it. Normally, I am not one to complain, but it genuinely felt like I was just eating bread, mayo, and lettuce. I ended up calling the store, and was told that unlike the other sandwiches on the Favorites menu, the Club Lulu is not supposed to have lots of protein. Although I wasn’t happy, I accepted the answer. More recently, I bought this exact sandwich from another location, and the protein quantity was as expected, thus I felt obligated to write this review in hopes that the owner will see this and make appropriate changes.

It was my first time eating any Jimmy John’s, so I have nothing to compare it to but the sub I ordered was, without a doubt the skimpiest survive ever had in my life. When I was unwrapping it, I actually thought I bought a bun I had to open up the subject so she’s there was something in there. Very disappointing and yes, of course I got to go.
