My boyfriend and I and his daughter visited here over a week ago. His daughter just had to have JJ’s for her birthday dinner tonight. The same cashier helped us today. I wish i could remember her name because she was so nice and she even remembered our conversation from the week before about his daughters birthday! The cashier told her happy birthday and made her face light up! Great service every time we stop in!

Ordered from here previously with delivery. Today, they took my delivery to the same road name ending with drive instead of court. The neighbor from road ending in drive had to deliver to my house. Food was not delivered until an hour later. Cole, the manager, would not return my order because I received my food, which again was delivered by neighbor. I asked for the tip and delivery fee to be returned, which Cole said could not be done but yet he could return my order if my food had not been delivered.

Just got a lettuce wrap from there, had to throw it away. Whole entire bottom of the lettuce wrap was brown, and half the turkey had the dark spots on them. No one would consume this. Needs to do a better job of going threw and making sure that the food isn’t brown and spotted.

I stopped here for lunch after doing some running around. I ordered the beach club and like to add a few extras to my sandwich. EVERYTIME I would say something the girl working in the drive thru would say “ is that it” I was so frustrated with her doing this so it resulted in me not getting even close to what I wanted on my sandwich. Super frustrating but food was good. Just needs to work on customer service and patience.
