Was weary about delivery but thought I would give it a try.. ordered at 547, and it didn’t arrive until 650.. driver gets here and he is more concerned with his phone call than delivering my order.. on top of that, the order was wrong.. i ordered extra oil/vinegar and as u see in the picture the bun is clearly dry, and no peppers. Also, i got the spicy Italian but there is no double meat, again seen in the picture. One sub, and 2 bags of chips cost 30 with 15% tip.. well, u don’t know until u try.. and now I know.. next time I’ll go to the grocery store and make my own sandwich, like the signs inside JJ suggest..

Get it together Jimmy John’s!! I’m a busy parent that doesn’t always have time to cook so I’ll order out once or twice a week. Ordered from Jimmy’s tonight, got the Vito minus onion and capocollo and I’m literally given CAPOCOLLO and TOMATOES! Where’s everything else?? What did I pay for?!?! THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!

Not family friendly. Jimmy Johns is now being liquidated by a private equity firm and it shows. They removed all of their comfortable bench seating. The cheap, chincy metal chairs are horribly uncomfortable and not appropriate for families with small children. They replaced all their seating with something worse than ikea in color, design and comfort – but they did NOT replace their 20yr old filthy, nasty, unsafe child high chairs. The quality of food has gone way down, prices have gone up. This is not how to grow and keep business. This is how to go out of business.

I ordered a toasted tuna sub. The gentleman running the drive thru insisted that he couldn’t make it and that it was “against policy” I was confused as I have ordered this before without anyone batting an eyelash. I ended up with a regular tuna sub a d begrudgingly ate it while scrolling on the corporate website. Imagine my surprise when I went to the toasted sub section and found a #15 toasted tuna sub right there on the site. No secret menu item or anything. Avoid this location if you can.

Very disappointed in the quality of food. In the past JJ was great! Freshness, quality and quantity always surpassed the competition. My sandwich today was sad. I ordered the #12 for the avocado and it didn’t even have enough on it to taste it Please do better

I like their service but they need to work on the quality of their food. If I wouldn’t eat it for free why would I even give it to my dog, just my opinion people have their own tastes for example I cant stand pickels or olives. So if you enjoy their food then continue to enjoy. Customer service and employees are great, convenience is what seperates them from the rest. They really are “freaky fast” when it comes to delivery but ease up on the pedal dont run people over driving out of that realtively small plaza. Its a dangerous enough plaza already without worrying about a delivery driver throwing their car in reverse and slamming on the gas. Almost got hit once which is why I even brought that complaint up. Otherwise a solid buisness but simply not for everyone, myself included.

I went the other day and I forgot to leave a review. I have a SEVERE gluten allergy. It makes me immensely sick if my food is exposed at all. Everyone at this location is so well trained and so caring I am able to eat here. They are super careful and smart about making my order. And I cannot express how grateful I am. The food is always amazing. My husband always loves his food too. Thank you guys.

Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to visit your establishment in the future.
