They actually got my order wrong. They forgot to toast my subs. No big deal. I went back in and they corrected my order no problem at all. Even let me keep the original subs. Will definitely go back. I appreciate the fix for a small mistake. I didn’t even have to get mad or angry. Thanks Jimmy John’s!

Did not arrive until 11:55 AM
Ordered a drink, did not receive a straw
Ordered a HomeStyle Potato salad, did not receive a fork or spoon.
Ordered a Cookie, it arrived smashed.

This place is good at one thing and that’s making a sandwich. Everything else appears to be a challenge including what Jimmy John is known for “Freaky Fast Delivery”. There seems to be a lack of attention to details here and also lack of delivery drivers.
Not worth the $20+ (with tip) for lunch with other options available in the area.
To the owner of this location. I will try again in the future. I hope you resolve these issues. Does not look like I am the first to complain about it.

I live less than a mile away from this location. Apparently “freaky fast” means nearly an hour for delivery. It’s taken about 45 minutes before but this is the last time…I ordered at 5:14 it’s now 6:09 and the food just arrived. It had reported as out for delivery since 5:31. Food is mediocre. If not delivered quickly there is no value. The guy didn’t say anything except “here ya go. Bye.” When I had tried to call no one answered the phone. My money is worth more than this type of service.

Always good food. Sometimes they forget and leave the dressing on. I eat half for lunch and half for dinner and that makes it soggy. I like both the lettuce wraps and bread. I get double meat.

They have great prices for their sandwiches and their sandwiches are great, however customer service is lacking. There’s a tall skinny guy who turns around after seeing me walk in turns around and shakes his head as if I’m doing something wrong. Never been in there before and was picking up a sandwich for my wife who orders their frequently. However we will no longer be ordering there.

I ordered delivery and I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food and instead of calling me to see if I can just come pick it up because they don’t have a driver. They decided they’re gonna Uber it to me.. I ordered my food toasted. I don’t want a cold sandwich. Otherwise I would’ve just ordered it cold to begin with. Hungry Howies did the same thing and at least they had the decency to put third-party delivery on their website. If you people can’t keep people employed to do the job they’re hired to do either. Take the delivery option off your website or call people and tell them to come get their own food. I’m five minutes away and now not only am I paying the delivery fee, but I have to tip this dude after waiting over an hour for my food. Thanks guys.

Extremely frustrating, was there last week asked for a beach club number #12 lettuce wrap got home it was a bun!! Was there tonight told the young man at the window what happened last time he was not concerned, just got home ordered the same exact thing didn’t have any avocado spread on it! When I pay for something, I like to get what I paid for which i’m sure you do too!! Must be new workers in there i’ve never had this trouble before!
