I give up. I’m finally giving this place a very justified negative review. I usually go to this location, because I eat late and they’re the only ones open until 10pm. I’m one of those people who is always overly nice to anyone helping me with anything, but I dont think I’ve ever seen a single person working at this location even smile. That’s not the problem I care about, though. Today I placed my order at exactly 9:20pm. I get there at 9:48pm, it’s completely dead and they haven’t even begun to make my wrap. He says he’ll make it now. I always ask for extra mayo on my sub or extra dressing on a wrap. They’re not very good about this, so when I sat down I said, “please make sure there’s plenty of dressing on it.” He looks at me confused; I repeat slightly louder, he continues to look confused and says “huh?” so now I’m literally yelling a third time, “PLENTY OF CAESAR DRESSING PLEASE!” He finally acknowledged and says ok. He hands me the sub, I say, “thanks a lot, have a great night,” and, as usual here, I get zero response. I get home thinking there’s no way this will be light on dressing. Not only did he not bother to cut it in half (this is supposed to be automatic for a wrap), but there is virtually zero dressing on it whatsoever. Adding photos if you think I’m exaggerating. I get that people make mistakes and that dealing with the general public is not exactly fun, but this really gets frustrating over time.

I have ordered from this location multiple times over the last 1-2 months. I currently have no vehicle, so I placed my orders on the JJ app to be delivered. It seems as though it is a bunch of children working there who are incapable of following instructions. I have worked in many restaurants, and it is SUPER simple to follow a ticket and make an order properly; they cannot even read the instructions to cut a sandwich in half. And on top of that, apparently none of the current employees have any idea of the proper standard amount of anything to add to any of the sandwiches.. It seems as though they just slap it together and do whatever they want, instead of following instructions based upon the ticket. Prior to today’s experience, I had an order that was made incorrectly and I complained through the Jimmy John’s app and I never heard anything back from the owner, even though I was told I would hear back within 48 hours. Regardless, I figured I would give them ONE more chance. I was, yet again, very disappointed. The only positive in this experience is the fact that the manager, Ben, gave me a refund over the phone. I didn’t want a refund, though. What I wanted, was for my food to be made correctly to begin with. What would be really great, is if you train your employees properly.

Ordered a spicy Italian nightclub and there was literally no meat or cheese on my sandwich whatsoever. Didn’t realize that until I got home. Will be going to a different location/ ordering from Subway bc this is ridiculous. This was supposed to be a treat after a really bad day at work and now I just feel even worse. Thanks a lot.

So I usually never have to write bad reviews.. but I am fed up with this location. I usually go to another location but this one is the closest to my work. Me and several of co workers frequently order jimmy johns and every single time we make an order it’s like the workers HALF LISTEN or maybe they just don’t care. Why the hell are you hoarding the mayo?! There has not been ONE single time that I asked for heavy mayo and actually got HEAVY mayo.. what’s with skimping out here.. we’re paying for it!! PUT ON THE STUFF WE ASK FOR.. nobody likes a dry sub!

First time visiting this location and it wasn’t a good experience. My sub was made sloppy and not cut in half, also the Cashier Cyrus needs learn how to Greet the customers properly. Im sorry he hates his job. I can tell he didnt want to be there.

Came to this location on mound 3 times over the last month as I’ve been working in the area. every time they have completely messed up my order, and they take forever to make it. I’m talking 20 minutes+ each time. (I just order a #9 no tomato add bacon) Very bad location far as management or workers. I usually love to get Jimmy John’s but this place completely changed my mind on it. Turns out after talking to co workers, they all say the same thing about this specific location and say not to go there. Definitely needs fixed!

I applaud all the hard workers at this location working the counter and both the drive thru. I ordered two giants and a regular sub and they told me it would be a minute which I have no problem waiting. The kind workers informed me of the new changes coming to the rewards system. I can clearly see all of the workers at this location are hard workers and deserve all the recognition especially Nicole.
Edit: by the time I was done writing this review all four of my subs were ready. Freaky fast indeed.

I ordered a twenty dollars sub which i’ve ordered several times and this was what they sent me one piece of roast beef with three peppers on it. Almost worries me on who is making the food if this is their best effort. Again, $20.00. After this review they did credit me for the order.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Jimmy John’s where I’ve been told I need to wait 30-45 minutes for an order. I’ve seen JJs packed with people, lines out the door and I’ve never been in one for more than 15 minutes. No clue what’s going on here and looking at the other reviews it seems like they might be mismanaged. Guy at the counter didn’t say a word to me, hood on, I’m guessing stoned, just waiting silently for me to make an order. I was told by some other person working on sandwiches about the wait.
