The food was good. But staff were friendly and not uptight! My (grown) sons are wise guys. When taking their orders, Brianna didn’t bat an eye at their silly sarcasm nor took it as anything but jests made in good humor. She even made a couple jokes back

Ordered a tuna. Thought it was a double meat. It is a single meat. Literally just bread. Called up there to complain was offered nothing but that’s how they come. Will not be back.

I tried to reach out on the website to try to allow you to train your staff properly but it keeps stating an error. I will update my review if things change.
I just wanted to reach out and give you some honest customer feedback. It seems like you may have hired new help in the last two week because up until 2 weeks ago you were our go to location. Hopefully you can fix what I share so I can be our go to again. In the last 1 weeks, the amount of product on your subs has significantly decreased. My son and I always order a number 4 and a number 6. My number 6, the veggie, literally had 3 slices of cheese on it today and little lettuce even tho I requested extra as I don’t eat tomatoes. My son’s number 4, the turkey tom, was not only lacking the usual amount of meat but it was an entire different size then mine. Much smaller. We both order originals so the bread should be the same size. It typically is. I hope this helps you properly train your staff. We’d love to return.

My sandwich got dropped off at the wrong place or stolen and the staff were patient and helpful, they remade my sandwich and redelivered it to the right address. Big ups to that delivery guy who talked to me on the phone like 14 times

I will never eat at this location again .I ordered from there a couple times this past year 1 out of 4 times the order was right ,which was a Club Lulu .it has turkey and bacon on it .I’ve always ordered the same meal at any location I go to ..this location is horrible..they only put a very thin see through piece of turkey on it then a very thin see thru piece of meat which they call bacon ..which tasted like rotten beef of sorts ..more money and food wasted.i wouldn’t give any stars but I had to for submitting this sad review because I use to love this place

Delivered on time that was great but when I placed my order I told the person I told them twice that I didn’t want 3 item’s only got off 1 of the item’s the other 2 items where put on the 18 other sandwiches the cost of the box of 18 was quite high I called but was offered 3 sandwiches of my choice with my name on there book for a future order I said no thanks and I am very disappointed

Zach helped today and he was super nice, friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good but not really worth the price. For 3 combos it was $47. I could have taken my family to Texas Roadhouse for that and been a lot happier honestly.

Provolone is the only choice for cheese. Roast Beef was not cooked. Free smells was not worth the time. Should send this raw meat pic to the health department before someone is seriously ill.

It’s not as if Wyandotte is a “pass thru” town. It’s in the middle of nowhere and the only people that eat in this city are the residents. This Jimmy John’s has gone to crap. It used to be the freshest and fastest location I’ve ever been to. Maybe there’s new management or something but they literally cannot get a simple order right. Double meat means DOUBLE MEAT. a #12 automatically comes with avocado on it yet they never add it to the sub. I see the most recent ratings on the location are low as well so it’s not just me. I’ll be contacting their corporate office as well because reviews for corporatized food mean little to nothing.
