I would love to give a huge shoutout to Ray, the delivery driver from the Ford Rd location in Westland! As usual, I placed my order and everything was great, but my pop was accidentally left out of the bag. Ray didn’t hesitate at all — when he went back to the store for another delivery, he made sure to bring my drink back to me with the biggest smile on his face.
That level of care, follow-through, and positive attitude truly deserves recognition. Service like this goes above and beyond and made me feel valued as a customer. I’m so thankful he took the extra mile to make things right. Ray’s overall service was outstanding, and he absolutely made my day!

Husband just picked up my online order for two subs.
They were both supposed to be not toasted, I got the Italian night club and not only was it toasted, I paid for extra oil and vinegar to have NO oil and vinegar on my sandwich.
I checked my order to make sure I didn’t mess up the directions or requests and nope, I sure didn’t.
Hardly any meat on either sandwich.
He said the guy working there right now was absolutely horrible in there to everyone.
Feel like I got robbed of a pregnancy craving that should have been made easy. Never again.

I had to come back and revise my review. this was my first time and my LAST time. if they serve quality meat, I can’t taste it. there’s no meat. all I taste is bread, and it’s nothing to brag about. so disappointed.

Tiffany was rude and not very helpful. I went in today wanting to order a few subs and was trying to figure out the best route. I was asking pricing questions on the catering and she and she would just respond with a a condescending question. It was very uncomfortable. So I said nevermind and left.

I’ve been coming to Jimmy John’s for year back when they would add brussel sprouts (they need to bring them back). The Veggie I’d say is my all time favorite eventhough I’m not a vegetarian but enjoy the freshness.

The main problem I have with this Jimmy John’s is that they never remember to put the mayo packets in the bag. I order my sandwich with no mayo and mayo packets specifically so it doesn’t get soggy because my work is about 15 minutes away. While I understand I have a part to play here in forgetting to check the bag, I have ADHD and anyone who deals with that understands the “out of sight, out of mind” struggle. I remember to check the box for mayo packets (on the app), and to be honest, that’s all I should have to remember to do. These are $10 sandwiches, and now 3 times in a row, I’ve gotten back to work and had to decide between eating a dry sandwich or driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back again (which would waste the entirety of my break driving). Also, in case this wasn’t clear, I’m eating these at work which is why I don’t have access to a bottle of mayo. It’s such an oddly specific complaint too, because the issue is not big enough to ask for a new sandwich, but like…. who wants to each a dry sandwich? It’s just kind of annoying when the sandwiches are literally $10 and I have to eat it dry. Anyways, if you have to mental capacity to remember to check that everything is in the bag before you leave, this is a perfectly fine Jimmy John’s.
Update: Not really sure what the point of the response was here. After I filled out the form, I was prompted to call the store to inform the owner of what happened. That’s so unnecessary and seems like it defeats the purpose of the form.

This will absolutely be my last time ordering from this jimmy johns. This place is absolutely ridiculous.. the first time I ordered from this location. I placed an order online with their website. After waiting for over 45 minutes I decided to call and see what was going on. They said the driver was right around the corner and would be here shortly.. 25 minutes goes by. At this point it’s almost an hour and a half.. I ordered a cold sandwich. I cancel the order. Placed a door dash order to subway, got my food and ate it before the delivery driver even showed up. He came up to the door to give my brother the food and he had to tell him he canceled my order. Which they never even refunded me.
Today apparently after everything else before. I decided to go on DoorDash JUST BECAUSE I can see when things are being delivered after my last experience with this place. Placed the order, it was delivered at just the right time. But the entire order was completely wrong. I ordered a sandwich and it came on wheat bread, when I asked for white sub bread. What I ordered didn’t involve turkey but it came on it. I asked no mayo, it came with it. I asked for avocado and it had none. Which is not what I ordered. Some sort of lettuce wrap when I asked for a pickle.
Can this location get their shit together???? At this point idk why I bother.

Careless, multiple violations across the board. Health and cleanliness concerns, late, incorrect orders. The owner of this franchise has obviously checked out. Unbelievable corporate would continue to let them represent the company.
