I placed a delivery order last night close to closing time, but the order went thru. My account was charged and I got a confirmation email. I had a missed call but I didn’t answer bc the caller ID said “wolf pack enterprises “. About a half hour went by and I didn’t get my food so I called, and kindly tried to inquire about my order and whoever answered cut me off saying “well I called you and you didn’t answer” very snotty attitude. I said okay well yu charged me, they said it would take about 24 hours to refund but they didn’t have. A driver so it did decline. I’m like okay, well I would’ve appreciated a voicemail and maybe a little less attitude.
I called back today bc I love jimmy John’s and am very upset not even that I didnt get my food but bc of the way I was talked to when I was just trying to ask about my order. Again, I kindly explain myself.. to a manager. I even told them the reason I’m calling is bc I’m upset but I don’t want to be bc I love jimmy John’s so much and when I told the manager about my experience , the response I got was “well I have a driver tonight if you want to place an order”. No apology for my inconvenience and poor service. No offer to make the situation better. Just another poor attitude. Think it was the same person who answered the night before. Oh he also tried cutting me off while I was trying to explain why I was upset with them, I was talking about the name that appears on their caller ID and he’s like “yeah bc that’s who owns us” or whatever he said lol like I am suppose to know wolf pack enterprise owns jimmy johnw
I’m a manager in a retail shop, if a customer is upset and has a poor experience we go above and beyond to try to make it right for them. Just a little piece of advice for your poor customer service/management.
I unfortunately will no longer be spending at least $40 a week with jimmy John’s unless they reach out to rectify the situation

Got club tuna today. Lettuce is crap. Very little tuna. Will not return to this location. I love Jimmy Johns, but this was terrible. Over $20 for a sandwich and they are cheaping out. Scrolling through the reviews, how is this location getting away with all of this and still in existence?

Ordered lunch through DoorDash. My dasher called me upset to express that they refused to give him my order claiming that it had already been picked up and he was the third person to try. The app showed on both of our ends that the order was not picked up and was waiting for the dasher. I could hear them being rude to the dasher as we were on the phone, so I called and the girl was just as nasty to me. She very RUDELY told me it wasn’t her issue it was a DoorDash issue. I followed up by asking if it’s a “them issue” if they gave my order away to someone else and she loudly told me no because she’s not the one who gave the order to someone. I was told I couldn’t speak to the manager because they were on the phone, I was then hung up on after being told to “have the day I deserve” and when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer the phone. The customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS. And I wouldn’t spend a penny of my money here with this type of staff.

This location has been terrible since it’s been open. But every once in a while I try and give them an another chance. And I’m just consistently let down. The staff seems nice but they are constantly forgetting items and the quality of the subs is just poor.

I have been in the service business for 30 years or more and never experienced anything quite like this phone call.
I recently just gave Jimmy John’s a chance after not going for years.
If chasing away customers is the goal here give that guy a raise

I ordered a #8 and the lettuce and onions were horrible! There was no preparation of these “freshly sliced” food. And I used to work at JJ for like 5 years! Speed was terrible today too, why order ahead if it’s not even already on time.

This is the worst Jimmy Johns location. They have the most issues I have ever experienced. Tonight my elderly mother was verbally assaulted and accused of trying to steal from “Michael the Manager”. I called and spoke with him and he clearly has some issues and should not be dealing with customers ever. He even mocked me on the phone. The issues I have had personally at this location include ordering a tuna unwich that I purchased through the drive-thru, got home, took about 4 bites to find out they put zero tuna on it. Not just a small amount but zero tuna. When I called to speak with a manager there, she accused me of lying. I told her I have a photo of it if she wants to see. I made a complaint to customer service then and stopped going to that location. I would never recommend this location. The staff is usually nice but I’m not sure where they are getting their “managers” from.

I used to like this place for a change from burgers/tacos so I went a couple weeks ago and bought an 8″ Turkey Tom. I was shocked at how little meat there was on this 8″ sub. There was hardly three bites of meat but plenty of lettuce tomato. It’s not bad if you like a sub where 3/4 of each bite is lettuce and tomato and for almost $9!! Never again.

Drive through at west rd Woodhaven mi jimmy John’s ordered #14 with cheese no cheese but I paid for it $1.25 in line for 20 minutes I was told no ice for my drink 6 people were working I didn’t get it !!! I don’t recommend stopping at this jimmy John’s at all

very clean and comfortable environment. sandwiches are tasty. lunch and dinner rushes are a real thing, they seem to really do thier best to get your sandwich out to you in short time but no one in the world is perfect seems to really be an equal opportunity employer, I saw a comment on one of these reviews making some unkind statements abt some staff, but I just want to remind ppl tht people with special needs are allowed to be employed TOO!, so lets show some grace sometimes and stop and think for a moment, “dont judge a book by its cover” u dont always need to look like u have special needs to have them.
overall experience so far has been great and the sandwiches are delicious.
