Wonderful manager & staff. I had a large order, needed it by 10:00 am. The manager had a staff person come in early to prepare it and then deliver it. Food was delivered on time and was wonderful. Thank you so much for the service. Monroe is fortunate to have you there.

They were out of white bread. Offered us wheat. Didn’t tell us it was sandwich bread. Took over 20 mins because of a large order but neglected to tell any of the customers they were behind. Terrible service. Zero communication to customers.

Food is amazing like any other jimmy johns just never has drivers to be able to take cash orders. It’s happened atleast 7 different times where I get in limbo between Monroe st saying that can’t deliver to me because I’m out of zone (1.5 miles from them) so I have to call telegraph(2.3) miles but they can’t deliver to me because they don’t staff drivers so they use uber eats and doordash to deliver for them. Just sad they are penny pinching and can’t properly serve their customers. Been ordering for 10 years with jimmy johns definitely done with the telegraph location

When I order and they tell me when I can expect delivery they are right on time.Never had to wait very long. I eat a lot of the tuna. It’s really good and the bread and the sub bun are always fresh. Can’t rate the atmosphere because because it’s always delivered. But I can rate the attitude: five stars !

Amazing subs, normally love Jimmy John’s but I’m updating my review because why did my May 4th order take over an hour to be delivered as well as they forgot my chips and did not cut my sandwich in half as asked specifically. Then I send them my feedback on my order and don’t even get a reply. Next time I will have to place my order through a different location.

Very fast and accurate service. The staff working today were very friendly. I ordered the Hunter Club, and was not disappointed. I love Jimmy John’s bread. It works perfectly for the sandwhich that I ordered. The store itself was very clean and well maintained as usual.
