The best guy! They had my sandwich on the counter before I had finished paying for it! If only I lived closer, I would come here every day. Then we could become friends and they would know me order and it would be even faster. Mind blowing how good these guys are!!!

I love this place. I’ve eaten here plenty of times and they always get it right. When you ask for extra, they give you extra !! Staff seems to be having a good time whenever they work, always friendly and laid-back. My only complaint is that sometimes they go a little crazy on the mustard… but I forgive them <3

Placed an online order for CURBSIDE PICKUP because we are handicapped. That IS A JOKE. Curbside pickup is a MYTH at this establishment. After waiting 10 minutes, I called my wife in the hospital and asked her if there was a secret to curbside pickup. No secret. I had to go in and get it. It was already bagged up and ready to go. POOR SERVICE

The service was poor. The two people the man and women behind the counter had a lot of attitude, rude behavior, disrespectful, lack of understanding of the customer needs. The women was not wearing gloves she was touching everything including the cash register and then she will prep a sandwich. The other person the guy he was wearing some gloves that looked pretty worn out he touched his nose then the food. I’m surprised nobody called the health inspectors yet since the food is not handled safe no hygiene. I will avoid this place or if you go make sure your food is handled properly so you don’t get sick.

Website said they closed at 9. Went by at 758 and they were closed. I had a pickup order. I pulled on the door and they opened it. Asked me if I had a pick up. Gave me the order but I was picking up for someone else and tried to put in an order. The kid said I could that they closed tonight early and to have a nice night. Went to subway.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the two gentleman I’ve consistently seen working are fast, friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. Not really heavily trafficked when I’ve been there, but a decent flow of patrons in and out.

Have tried to come here twice – once around 6:00 on a Friday and another time at 7:30 on a Tuesday and they were closed both times. I then called and asked why they aren’t open when Google Maps says they are, and they said they aren’t allowed to edit the store’s hours on Google. I then asked what their hours of operation are, and the answer I got was “sometimes we are open until 5, other times 6, other times 7 or 8”. I plan on calling corporate to also report this experience. For a business in a town as nice as Chelsea, I would expect a lot better.

Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve been to. Cashier had dirty hands with oil or something all over. The girl behind the counter is putting brown slimy lettuce on sandwiches. When I asked for different lettuce they gave me an attitude and said they didn’t have any. I asked for my money back instead and the girl scraped the lettuce off the sandwich into the trash and replaced it with fresh lettuce they previously denied having. Hopefully this sandwich does not make me sick. ** just opened my sandwich that I was charged extra for cheese, guess what? No cheese. Worst Jimmy location period.

Produce always seems to be browning looks almost slimy, they only offer delivery about once a week and the day varies depending on staffing. I stopped eating here quite a few weeks ago but just went to place an order and noticed they have increased their delivery fee by 150% , guess I will continue to eat anywhere else but here. The quality of food is definitely not worth the price.
