Ordered food at 5:50 PM was told 20-30 minutes. OK that’s fine. I call at 6:50 and he says the delivery driver just left. He should be here in a few minutes. I call at 7:10 and he says the delivery driver couldn’t find me. And or I didn’t answer… since when do drivers not try and get ahold of you when their lost! Still waiting on food @ 7:25… my address is lite up and my door has been open. This is crazy service in 2025! Not a happy customer.

We ordered the Sicilian pizza sub.. Always had good food in the past.It was terrible. The meat was crispy.. Bun hard as a rock..And no pizza sauce..The delivery guy was very nice. I called and spoke to the manager because we couldn’t eat it. Asked for a 50 percent refund. I told him nicely that we had to put in garbage.We won’t ever go back..

Absolutely terrible location. Better off going to 12 and Gratiot honestly. Every time I order here something is wrong. I call to ask them to fix it and he says “you wrote your modifications in the name that’s how it works” No, my modification was ADD SALAMI and I write No capicola in the name because it’s the only place they look yet I still get capicola every time. Then he tells me must have been an app problem on your end right….every single time I order it’s an app problem on my end. This location sucks.

The last 2 or 3 orders have been made wrong. My husband pays extra for cheese on his sandwich and never gets it. They also never cut our sandwiches and they keep forgetting my peppers on the hot italian. There’s also no answer when you call so no way to complain or rectify these issues. There’s multiple locations near us so if this is a continued issue we can just switch to the next closest one.

They don’t deliver 2 mi away, 5 minutes down the road exactly 2 miles they say it’s out of the way but it’s only 2 minutes. I thought Jimmy John’s was freaky fast delivery not no delivery. The best they have to say from management is that’s how we roll. Do you guys not deliver? I’m 2 miles

I work clopse by, so I will get them once and a while. The past 3 times I have ordered from this location I have recieved a regular coke instead of diet coke. I am a type one diabetic. I do not order diet to “be healthy” I order diet due to my medical condtions. It is very frustruating that I do not get what I order. I have glucose strips that test if there is sugar in an item, and everytime I test it, it comes back as regular coke. When I call they resend out a diet, but I should not have to call them when I order it.
