I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but each time is so disappointing. My bacon was cold and soggy, did not receive cheese I added on, received 3 thin pickles, and no straws. But I have a lot of napkins. I know how good it can be! I order from the one in Novi when in-office and that location has it down!

My husband picked up food for us today (8/24) including a side of the Pesto Bowtie Pasta Salad which I was pretty excited for, but it expired 2 days ago (8/22). Honest mistake maybe I’d have just tossed it, but I could see that this was actually the second sticker, and underneath it has a use by date of 8/20. Called the store and the manager on duty said she was horrified, and said she’s filling in for the regular manager. Who knows what else here is rotten… not happy.

This a weird one. Jimmy Johns to me is Funeral Food. It’s been at every family funeral as far back as I can remember. Why? It’s priced well. The service is fast. The taste is solid. Why choose Jimmy Johns? Because when family is grieving they have a flavor for everybody. For me? It’s tuna. That Totally Tuna slaps. Why? Protein+Mayo. You can’t deny the deliciousness of Tuna and Fat on Crusty Bread.

Went through drive thru.
First time here. Ordered new Toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Received my food in a timely manner. Sandwhich was delicious! Honestly…I love food.
Everything was perfectly proportioned. Will be back again!

I used the jimmy johns app like I always do to order for our Orientation lunches. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 large kickin ranches, and 2 bags of kickin ranch chips. My order was given to an uber driver. Arrived timely. However I receive everything but the chips. And somehow received an additional 2 small cups of kickin ranch. I called and they said they would send the chips. Then I got a call from the uber driver saying that I told them I didn’t receive my food. I called them back, they said they were sending their driver out with them. And when I got them, it was just 1 bag of 2 bags. I’m not calling again. This is absolutely absurd. I get that it’s just a bag of chips, but I was told I’d be receiving 2, I paid for 2 I should have received 2.

I order thru the app, I’ve never had a problem until my last two orders. My work is relatively close to the store and I schedule my sandwich to be delivered by my lunch. Tell me why the app will tell me that it’s out for delivery but not even get to me until my lunch is over with.

I usually don’t make bad reviews but this is my second bad experience with the drive-through.
1st time- I clearly repeated my order because the lady kept saying it back wrong and I still didn’t get my sandwich rung up onto the order.
2nd time- I had to wait too long to receive my order.
Service hasn’t been right here for a bit.
