I’ve been to this franchise several times in the past but haven’t been in a while so I read the reviews prior to placing my mobile order. Hesitant because of some of the recent poor reviews I still took a chance since I was in the area. I was very happy with the results. I ordered two Italian Nightclub unwiches, no mayo, EZ oil, extra Jimmy peps, and avocado spread. They were perfectly prepared to my custom order. I didn’t catch the names of any of the folks working but this was evening shift (~6pm-ish) on 11/7/2025. Hope that helps management identify the employees responsible for this 5-star review.

Employees need to start paying attention to what they’re putting on the sandwiches and the timeliness of how they make them, especially for pick up. No one should wait twenty minutes when there’s four people on the sandwich line was literally stared at while I was waiting no one was making my sandwich and I was there before only TWO others showed up yet LAST to leave with my sandwich.

NO SHOW! The order never arrived, after 45 minutes I called and was told “Sorry nothing we can do”. Thanks for ruining my lunch hour and not even trying to make it right. This store needs new management.

Took over 30 minutes for delivery. Ordered extra hot peppers. I counted 3. My chips were never delivered and the unwhich was just a pile in a wrapper, couldn’t pick it up. (I get them all the time from a different Jimmy johns and don’t have that issue) No pride in their work. I filed a complaint as well.

I ordered a turkey tom and got 2 slices of turkey and a little mayo on bread. It was disgusting and barely a sub. How embarrassing it would be to work at this place. Note to self to never go back to this location.

Placed order 12;00 pm on JJ website for delivery from this location. it is now 1 hr later and have not received my food. I received a text from JJ saying the order is now given to Uber to deliver.

Their hours posted state 9 PM, I arrived at 6:30 and they were cleaning saying they are closing early. The doors were still not locked. So I just advise you to check their hours before you drive all the way up there

I would love to know if the owner knows that their lazy staff closes early. Arrived at 7pm and was told they closed early. It was obvious that we were not happy. While getting back in our car we could see the staff inside laughing at us. I will never return to this dump.

The level of incompetence is unmatched here. I ordered delivery and I don’t know who was making sandwiches but they FORGOT THE MEAT. Then they offered store credit instead of bringing me the right sandwich because they were closing soon. That store credit doesn’t cover the delivery fee for next time or make me any less hungry right now. I used to work at Jimmy Johns and this would never fly at the locations I worked. By far the worst JJ experience I’ve ever had.
