Ordered a turkey bacon, double meat with tomatoes on the side.
Clearly this has no double meat and they refuse to put tomatoes on the side so they just didn’t put any on and I found an onion on it. Their onions are too potent.

Ordered a #10 no tomato, add onion, oregano, and mustard. Just threw away a $10 sandwich because the employees put an absurd amount of mustard on it. It was unedible. Literally had mustard spilling out all over my hands and lap when I bit into it. Mustard wasn’t even spread out, just concentrated in the fold of the sandwich. If I had time to return the sandwich I would have. I was a delivery driver, manager, and GM for Jimmy John’s 20yrs ago and id be embarrassed to serve a sandwich like the one I just received. Employees desperately need to be retrained on how to make a sandwich (which really should be common sense).
Jimmy Johns was so much better when Jimmy owned the company. Its now a husk of its former self.

I came to this Jimmy John’s today on 2/23/25, and it will be my last time coming to this location. I ordered 2 slim sandwich combos totaling over $20 and there was hardly any meat on either of the sandwiches. While I understand these are ‘slim’ sandwiches with less meat than the originals, there was barely a piece of turkey on each sandwich. The last time I ordered delivery, the order took over an hour to even be picked up by the driver. Yes, Jimmy John’s is now using Uber to deliver their orders. You can’t advertise ‘freaky fast’ if what you mean is ‘maybe an hour’. It’s clear the company is well-aware of these issues, as they reply to all reviews. Instead of giving a lazy reply, maybe reach out to this location and find out what the problem is. I will not be giving this Jimmy John’s any more business.

Ordered two sandwiches, was handed a completely wrong sandwich along with a sandwich that had no chicken on it whatsoever. Manager told me to come back they would make me new ones. Went back today they wouldn’t even let me tell them what I did or didn’t want on the sandwiches. Again completely messed up my sandwich. I will NOT be going to this location ever again. The one in Roseville is a million times better. Very unpleased with my $13 dollar sandwich.

I placed a catering order from this store and visited it for the first time yesterday. The location was very clean, the order was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh and excellent. Not sure why some negative reviews, because seemed outstanding to me, including in contrast to some other Jimmy John’s locations.

This location has lack of customer service, order dinner tonight and they messed up my sandwich, but no receipt so nothing I can do, my wife order an unwhich they wrapped the paper inside of the lettuce so she had to take the whole thing apart and it was messy! Why ask for a sandwich with out sauce if they just put it on anyways?

Been to this location many times for lunch and have only had one problem (never do drive thru and order a drink, unless all you want is ice). Today we went here for dinner. I stood there at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was even there. There were 3 people working at the time. One was just cutting meat and not doing anything else. The other was making the sandwiches while the last one was dealing with the drive through. At one point the last guy came to the register and got change for the drive through but did not say a word to me (be with you in a moment would have been nice). After almost 10 minutes I said rather loudly “thanks anyway”, and stated to leave. Not one of them reacted. What a joke.

I have a love hate thing with this location. When they are good they are good, when bad they are bad. The employee was upset because she had to remake a sandwich, I asked for the wheat bread not the wheat sub bun which I did not know they had. I also asked for “easy hot pepers” well I will let the pictures do the talking. She thought she would be funny. Thanks 😉
