Usually good but today seemed way off in so many ways. The lady taking my order was on a separate iPad probably placing a stock order or something which is fine, but she literally made me repeat everything twice. Had the vibe that she could do both at once but couldn’t because I had to say everything twice. The subs seemed off before I even opened them. Mayo on one sub and avocado on another seeping through the paper the second I picked it up. By the way I ordered 3 subs and they just put them on the counter with no bag. One or two subs I get, but 3? Then I get home and the subs have barely any meat and the subs are all toppings. I’ve never had an issue here, granted it’s been a minute. But when you combined crappy service at the register, not good sandwich making, no bag, and no meat all in one time? Something has to be said. I used to get the tuna and it would be pouring out of the sandwich. And the beach club had one slice of turkey throughout. Won’t be back. What are they doing here?

Ordered online and got a Vito. It has always come with Oil and Vinegar dressing. The website still says Oil and Vinegar when you order but that’s very much NOT what came on my sandwich. I got some random bottled Italian dressing. Called the store and they said it’s now changed to something that’s shipped by corporate and obviously that’s not reflected on the website. The girl I spoke to clearly couldn’t have cared less and I was disappointed in not only the wrong dressing but the lack of consideration from the employee herself. I used to love Jimmy Johns but not all the recent changes are positive.

I ordered delivery and it never came. I called the store and they said they didn’t have a driver so they had ordered an Uber to pick up the food. I don’t know if that ever actually happened but if it did the Uber never brought me my food. Why would I be able to order delivery online if they don’t have a delivery driver at the store

Superbly small sandwich, absolute disregard for customizations, crew obviously being trained but $8.89 for a sandwich like this, especially without meat, is highway robbery.
This must be a sign of being on 14 mile or something.

INTEGRITY ISSUES ! Spent 22 dollars for two combo meals. Paid with debit card, thought I was entering my PIN number but was actually at the tip screen. Ended up unknowingly tipping them 64 dollars. Realized it 30 min later, spoke with Chrissy the manager. She stated she’d contact corporate for refund. Never heard from Chrissy again. Called several times and got my bank involved. They refused to make it right. Who tips 64 bucks on 22 dollar tab? Use to dine there frequently, not anymore. Beware! Integrity goes a long way. Crissy has none

These guys are perfect, I had placed an order tonight under the name “jimmys johnny” and the way they reacted to it was just perfect, I walked in and said my order was for dylan, they all looked at each other and giggled, at this point I was like did they notice? Do they know? And then I get home, laughing about how I imagine they reacted when they saw that come up on the way, and I open my bag to see they wrote the name “ ✨Jimmys Johnny✨” in gold sharpie, i just started busted out laughing, made my week for sure

I typically order Delivery from this location – and it seems as though EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. one (or some) parts of my order are always missing. Whether it be a cookie, a bag of chips, or a side of Kickin’ Ranch – the past 4 CONSECUTIVE Delivery orders have been missing an item. This is inexcusable.
The food is always delicious and I enjoy menu items, but the level of order taking & verification NEEDS to be stepped up at this location.

Update 4/28/25 after many months of coming to this location at least twice a month, the service has steadily been on the decline. My order has been incorrect on multiple occasions with no apologies regarding the mistake. It’s fixed, with some commotion and little to no further acknowledgement. Some people are very kind and others working there are impolite at best, unkind and rude at worst. Time to find a new sandwich shop.
Original review: I come to this location often. My order is always ready when I get there and staff is always nice. I’ve never had an issue with an incorrect order. The store is always clean and everything is fully stocked.

Second time ordering from this location, second time getting sick. Went to Beaumont Urgent care and even the doctor said they just got sick eating there. So employees please wash your hands and make sure you are disposing of food (especially lettuce) according to proper health code guidlines

Initially experience was horrible! I placed an order for delivery for the Mediterranean feast. The wrap I selected was supposed to have chicken and it did not. I tried to call the location and I was placed on hold for an extremely long time. I called back and was immediately placed on hold. This is unacceptable seeing as though the sandwich, chips, drink plus delivery totaled almost $23. I will never order from this location again due to poor customer service and lack of accountability.
Update about order: The order was remade correctly and delivered to me free of charge. I am very satisfied they corrected the problem and rectified the situation.
