I ordered online and my toddler was already throwing a fit, but went into full meltdown. His sandwich wasn’t right, I felt frazzled. They fixed it immediately. I am grateful for them being so calm and prompt. Everything else was right and it tasted good!

I frequently order from Jimmy John’s in Crawfordsville for delivery, and I can confirm that the service here is exceptionally good. As a non-citizen from East Asia, I want to say that the service at this store is the most polite and nicest I’ve experienced since coming here to study. The deliveryman and the employees are all friendly. They inform me about my food status through polite phone calls and sometimes even provide me with a free dessert when my ordered desserts are unavailable (because they cannot call me).

Ordered turkey tom. Got tuna. The gal at the window wouldn’t tell me my total or even glance at me. I just did drive through the gal who took my order was nice but it was a big difference in what I ordered that wasnt favorable that I didnt get to notice until I was back to work.

One of my favorite places in town. Mostly friendly and great food. The addition of the Thai chicken wrap is a big hit with me. Owner is fantastic and has the best help around. Every place needs to follow Brains selection process in hiring help. He does it right.

First time eating at JJ. I did not want a lot of bread so the employee gave me another option. I ordered the vegi and he wrapped I in lettuce leaves. Very refreshing and delicious. The thingy chips are really good also. Employees were friendly and professional.

I’ve had bad and good experiences here. On some days, the workers will be playing on their phones and you have to get their attention. On other days, they’ll be attentive and cater to your every need.
My theory is that on some days there are good managers, and on other days there are bad managers. Basically, what I’m saying is that you’re tossing a coin on the service you’ll have for that day. Which is why I’m giving a 3 star.

Pretty decent. They usually don’t listen to what you want on your sandwich. The last 3 times I’ve went I ordered extra mayo and then there’s barely any on there. Looks like less than the normal amount. Other than that it’s ok. I guess I should ask for packets of it so I can add it myself
