What an embarrassment for the chain.
As I walk in, I get a blank face and 1000 yards there from the employee behind the counter and eventually he decides he wants to take an order after I approached and tried to initiate the conversation.
Even worse was the woman behind him who decided to critique my order for some odd reason and tell me to order something else and by doing so making it much more difficult for the faulty worker taking my order.
Instead of the seamless sandwich, I got a jumble of something I didn’t even want even after trying to explain myself. They simply had none of it and was frankly rude.
Worse, yet, the restaurant itself was filthy. I believe it’d be hard to get any worse in such a nice clean area.
The bathrooms (the only one that was open) look like it had been clean in days, and there was still fecal remnants of an unflushed bowl in which I did not sit.
Overall, it was terrible to say the least.

Let me start by saying I love Jimmy John’s…. But this is some of the dumbest, well I used to live two blocks to the south of where I live now, they delivered to this place multiple times a week, now I live two blocks to the north, and I got told to ask another store and that store told me I’m in a gray area! What does that even mean? Suffice it to say I’m disappointed! You are a company that wants to make money and be accessible to your clients, then what does a two block difference make it impossible to deliver too? DO BETTER JIMMY JOHN’S!

Workers seem uninterested in actually working, not very nice, hostile vibe. My sandwich was disappointing I asked for extra mayo and I didn’t even taste mayo whole time i was eating, not impressed whatsoever. Not to mention one time I came at 11PM when they close on at 3AM and the doors were locked, but lights on a worker inside just at the register. That being said I called to make sure it was open and the worker sounded annoyed I was calling to ask if I could name drop I would. One has some green in the hair and piercings. If you want Jimmy John’s go to the one by Menards they’re much nicer.

worthless customer service, worthless workers who will skimp on food cost whenever possible. Ate here for the past 10 years probably, same sandwich, never had a problem til today, given its been about a year since i ate here. i dont know what happened in the past year but its awful and i will never eat from here again. pictured is my “tuna” sandwich w nothing but veggies and a tiny bit of tuna in the middle. first time ever writing a review it was so awful

I had a great experience there. They were packed. Chris helped me out. He was so friendly and nice. He made my wrap just like I like it. He talked to me the whole time. Made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

My co-workers and I have been ordering lunch from Jimmy Johns for several years now and are consistently happy with the food and delivery. There was a time that a delivery service was used to deliver our food and they kept delivering to the wrong place. This JJs location was responsive, professional, and addressed the issue and sent sweets to make it up to us. Every JJs delivery person has been absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

My school always caters Jimmy John’s for events and they tasted normal. That’s why I didn’t step in this place even though it’s a stone’s throw from my house, until one day for a date. And I was so impressed. The jimmy cubano taste like mentaiko! And it’s also more affordable than Potbelly’s.

NEVER order online from this store!! They don’t pay attention to them. Multiple times I’ve ordered online and the status never changed from “Received” to “Out for Delivery” until 30-40 minutes passes by, and I call to ask about the status on my order. Their answer is literally always the same no matter what time of day it is; “Oh, yes sorry we were really backed up but we’re making your sandwich now.” So not only are they lazy, they also lie to their customers instead of taking accountability and owning up to their mistakes. It’s very annoying and feels disrespectful at this point. I’ll place all my orders for pick up at the Northwestern location from now on because it’s insane how many times this has happened to me.
