My wife stopped to get me my usual sandwhich hunters club no tomato extra mayonnaise and when she brought it home they got the orders mixed up so I got the wrong sandwhich. I called and was told to come back in so they can make it right. Had the opportunity to stop by (we live about 45 min away) told them what the sandwhich was supposed to be. Got the sandwhich and checked it before we left. It was wrong again. No mayonnaise was put on it. I parked and went in to the lady im assuming who was the manager told me the best she could do was give me mayonnaise packets. Unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different jimmy John’s.

It was a very unpleasant time at jimmy johns. 3 female workers just stood around talking. 1 of them walked to Dutch bros while on her shift. It took 45 min to make 4 sandwiches and there was 4 workers

Honestly, at this point I am confused. I love Jimmy John’s. 1 hour for a sandwich. It is not the employee’s fault. You need better management. FREAKY Slow.

Placed an order at 1:18pm. At 2:30pm it still had not been delivered. I called the store and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and they said they didn’t have any drivers and that the manager was supposed to had called me to let me know and cancel my order which never happened. I still haven’t received an email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Horrible customer service.

You get your moneys worth at this place! Ordered the double roast beef and provolone with mayo, maters, lettuce, cucumbers and sprouts. Yes, sprouts! One of the only sandwich places to offer sprouts. It must have weighed 2 lbs.

Meh, I’ve had better JJs, the sub ingredients didn’t taste very fresh. Online ordering was quick and food was ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Staff were friendly.

I ordered a sandwich without mayo on it. Drove home only to find it was made with mayo. I had to drive back to the store (about a 15 minute drive) only to get an I’m so sorry that happened and have my sandwich made the way it should have been the first time.
Unfortunately this is not my first time with this issue at JJs. The fact that this is a recurring issue shows an extreme lack of quality control and carelessness to pay attention to customer requests on the order.
The fact that I had to go out of my way to go back to the store and waste my time and gas also shows an incredible amount of disrespect to myself as the customer and I should have been offered more than an “I’m so sorry”.

Walked into restaurant and ordered 2 sandwiches. Employee took my order then spent the next 5 min. to finish another task, before beginning my order. 2nd employee arrives and slow walked while texting on her phone. I was waiting for approximately 10-15 min. Nobody else in the drive thru or in the restaurant than myself. They were so slow that atleast 2 cars left the drive thru while waiting for my order inside.

You want to pay astronomical prices for your fastfood AND have it made incorrectly even after the employees repeat your order back to you EVERY. SINGLE. TIME? Then this is absolutely the place. It’s legit a joke at this point and I need to learn better. No one does anything about it, they just tell you each location is independently owned and no way to contact them unless you go into the stores and say something to the employees that already don’t care.
