Food was good. Wish it was the right order. If you offer toasted sandwiches, why not toast it? Also, if you work in customer service, you might try a smile or at the very least a polite tone.

It good but the workers are always standing on the others ideas of the counter in the way of customers waiting or trying to get a drink as there waiting on orders I’m assuming to go but just seems like they would have another way to do that as to not just stand there and conversate with each other while there waiting and make us wait to do anything cause there just standing there

Love this Jimmy John’s! Great, community-minded owners, great service and always fresh food. I always usually order the Beach Club with peppers.. but tried the ultimate Italian warm sub last time and it was amazing! You really can’t go wrong. I’m glad we have this option in town!

Hostile environment, not one of the children you have working for you around 3pm on September 21st has a lick of customer service and when a customer asks for lettuce multiple times including when they ordered their sandwich and at least 3 times after getting their food and then when I said something they got an attitude about it and finally gave them a tiny thing of it for 4 sandwiches! I’m very disappointed in the store and employees.

I went here and ordered a plain slim 4. Got my sandwich and left. A few minutes later, I open my sandwich to find tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. Went back and told them they made the wrong sandwich and they fixed it but we’re not super nice about it. This has happened to me before at other jimmmy johns and I don’t know why. It’s not hard to make a sandwich with only Turkey and cheese. Plus, it’s wasting ingredients every time they make it wrong. Overall pretty disappointed in my experience here.

Great service. Met all Jimmy Johns promos about being super fast. The staff was professional. The restaurant looked clean and there was very little wait, most likely from the snow storm that rolled through last night.

They knew that the bread would be baked as “hard” but still did it anyway. My sandwich was unedidiable because the bread was as hard as a rock. The manager told me to bring it back in ( which was over a 5 mile mile ride) instead of credit me. Don’t purchase from this place.

Most of the time when I order Jimmy John’s in vincennes it’s super late.. waste my time I don’t see any reason to tip a driver if I’m expecting this “freaky fast delivery” it’s definitely hit or miss sometimes I get my food in 15 minutes.. but I don’t even have enough fingers to count how many times I’ve had to wait an hour for my food.. it’s not even a 5 minute drive.. and to top it off why do I only get free brownies with rewards?.. ridiculous I’ve filled up my rewards probably 20 times since I had a free sandwich or anything like that it’s always a free brownie.. the rewards program is worthless along with the deliver service.. kinda goes against everything Jimmy John’s is supposed to be known for.. I am usually not the one to leave negative reviews like this but just tired of my time being wasted and no sort of sympathy or refund or reward for being understanding.. and being a good customer.. not that I expect it but after all the times now I kinda feel like Jimmy John’s owes me something.. idk hope Jimmy John’s can find a way to make this right.. if not probably the last time I’m ordering JJ’s..
