I’ve had many good experiences at this Jimmy John’s. However, today, January 31 I went through the drive-thru and was greeted at the window by an employee who was much more preoccupied with her phone than anything related to customer service. Not a huge deal, but then I get home with sandwiches that are made sloppily and incorrect. I love you Jimmy John’s, I even like this location. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Rude and incompetent staff. Placed a mobile order and when I got home my sandwich was made completely wrong. The tall woman with greasy brown hair and a nose ring clearly does not know how to read an order to make a sandwich. The short red haired “manager” laughed in my face when I asked what they do for the inconvenience of me having to drive back across town for a remade sandwich. This jimmy johns used to be a great place to get a sandwich. But with employees like this, jimmy johns is now trash. Save yourself 15$ and go to subway or Jersey Mike’s. I won’t be returning!!!

Had absolutely no issues placing my order, but when the driver showed up I was told that my driver had been instructed to inform me that my home is “out of their range of delivery”. Firstly, If it’s that big of an issue tell me that over the phone. secondly, that’s embarrassing to make your staff do. Maybe you ought to consider widening your range of delivery instead of bitching that my house is less than a mile out of your radius. Not to mention my order was almost $80 dollars (plus a cash tip to the driver) just take the damn sale and get over it.

It’s Jimmy John’s, what more do I need to say? We walked in, ordered, and before we could move away we were handed our subs, Wowwww that was FREAKY FAST DUDES!!
The food is always good at Jimmy John’s…especially the Veggie Sub…ohhhhhhh , that is my favorite sandwich!! Get extra veggies and avocado sauce and you will be slightly closer to heaven than you were previously…lol, well, it wasn’t THAT good, but close! (I think). Did I mention that the food is ALWAYS good at Jimmy John’s?!?!
The staff were really cool, and hard working, as you can see from the pics, and were willing to pose for a pic for this review, thanks guys!! All in all, our trip to Jimmy John’s was as AWESOME as always!

Not sure what to call this. Hunters club taco? Called and asked if they make wraps differently and the young lady didn’t seem to care to much. Disappointed, hunters club unwich is my favorite but not like this.

Employee delivery driver backed up into my car which cost me 500$, he said he was drinking his water while backing up, like does Jimmy John’s not insure that stuff?

This was solid Jimmy John’s and I really enjoyed. I don’t visit them as often as I should.
Parking was a breeze near the door. No debris in sight. Signage excellent.
Service was immediate and friendly. The restaurant was staffed nicely with three employees. I ordered a turkey combo. Fountain drinks are self serve and tasty.
The dining room was spotless. My order popped out quickly and was correct. The bread was fresh and sandwich yum.
I’m holding back the 5th star with only a single visit. 4.5, rounding down.
