When you can no longer get what you order from a place there is no reason to return. We won’t be back. Ordered three sandwiches, two were kinda right but missing ingredients, the third was marked as the ultimate Italian that we ordered, but was a ham sandwich. All sandwiches were marked wrong on the outside. This is the 2nd time our order has been wrong and the last time we will order from here. Do better.

Food was great. But, we walked in as well as two other people and there was no one in the restaurant except maybe one other person. And they don’t even look at us or acknowledge we’re there for about 10 minutes. We had to say something to them, and they weren’t kind and had no sense of urgency. We also did not receive a bag with our order.

I love these guys! I go through nearly every day unless I’m out of state. They’re the best. Great attitudes and service with a smile every time I see them. Great drive through service and a great way to end my day after work. The team at this location are all rockstars! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them.

Very few places frustrate me to the point that I leave negative reviews. However this place is the absolute worst. You can pre-order, and it does not make a difference. Every wait here is like an hour, even if they barely have customers.
As we speak I’m about to leave a $30 paid order behind because that’s how exasperated I am. This place doesn’t even meet the minimum standard for acceptable service, much less freaky fast. Just shut it down already.

Jimmy johns is not freaky fast! I’ve sat thru drive thru after I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and have sat for 25 mins now that’s 40 minutes of time to make 2 sandwiches…. This is the 3rd time this has happened now in the last 4 months. I’ll definitely be going to Jeffersonville from now on.

Super slow and nothing close to “freaky fast.” Ordered at exactly 2:45p, tracker said “on the way” at 3:05, called them at 3:35 and the woman said she hadn’t even left the store yet because she was waiting on other orders to deliver together. Gave excuses about being short staffed, something about having to clock out and back in again (?), rambling and genuinely unconcerned I was complaining about the slow service. Fake apology, and she offered absolutely nothing for the trouble. Now it’s almost 4:00pm and we still don’t have the order. It’s not the first time it’s been this slow from this location, either. Won’t be ordering from them ever again. Get rid of or fix the inaccurate order tracker in the app, and stop advertising “freaky fast” — ridiculous!

This location is unfortunately anything but “freaky fast.” Went through the drive thru to grab food between appointments. After ordering, we sat for 15 minutes without one car moving, ran out of time to eat and just left hungry. A couple months ago I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru before just leaving. Probably won’t be back.
