I just had a great customer service experience at this store. I did a mobile order and arrived just a few minutes before 10:30 the door was open and everyone was working hard and prepping for the day. They made my order really quickly and I was on my way.

I placed my order online at the target nearby. By the time I got in here, the food was ready for pick up. As soon as I walked in, I was welcome. The floor and table were clean. I could see the workers smiling and getting along. The food section was well organized. I highly recommend eating here.

I ordered a combo. Sandwich, chips and a drink on the app. The sandwich wasn’t toasted , as requested, they didn’t leave off the tomatoes or cucumbers either. Some people do have food allergies so they should be more careful. Also when it was delivered I only got the sandwich. Called to let them know about it and was met with a VERY RUDE person on the other end of line. Seriously… NEVER ordering from them again. Also, if you want to claim to be “freaky fast” maybe don’t take an hour to deliver it.

Stop today – ordered a Sammy and was not reminded about a drink. I also ordered potato salad and a half pickle. I waited for 10 minutes- was handed a sammich and no pickle or potato salad. I asked the green hair person and he said sorry I didn’t hear you ask for that and walked off. There was a lunch line no way was I waiting again. I had already forgotten to order one and had to be rerang already. Maybe if green hair and chipped nail polish had also recommended a drink I would not have had to get into line again. Over all sandwich was okay tomatoes were old and lettuce was oxidized but hey I’m fat and hungry so I consumed it- but I’ll not come back.

I always order online and have my food delivered to the hospital along with my coworkers. Our sandwiches are always perfect, everything is always correct, and the delivery driver Murphy is always so extremely pleasant and positive. Every time we see him he has such a great attitude and smile on his face. He always reassures us that our food is correct, and tells us to have a blessed night. He goes above and beyond for us!!

The folks at this location are so kind! I had a large order for a bridal party and they went above and beyond out of their way to make it special for the bride, including a card and balloon. We were absolutely not expecting that level of service and hospitality with our sandwiches, but it was so appreciated and brought a smile to everyone.
I probably order from this location every other week for delivery to the store I work at and they are always on top of it. The one time they were running late, they took the time to call me to let me know they were baking fresh bread and running behind schedule. No complaints here! I’ll take the fresh bread.
Their attitude and customer service take this location from being just another chain restaurant to a local spot that exemplifies the togetherness and positive attitude from business owners in our community.

First choice for when I need catering! Shae Marie has gone above and beyond every time to provide EXCEPTIONAL service. I always have difficulty with ordering catering online (at-least for the first time) and she took the time walk me through the menu and provide great selections. What impressed me the most was how she took the extra mile to communicate with me about the power outages New Albany experienced after terrible storms passed through the morning of my order and everything she was trying to do to have it completed by another store to still have ready in time.
