Ordered food at 11:30 and just delivered at 1:00pm. Called at 12:00 and said it will be here in 15 minutes. My soda was watered down but food was still decent only because I was hungry. Very slowww not even sure I will order from them again. Lady who delivered said she had just got the food. Yeah right….

Terrible experience tonight 8-27-25 at gateway plaza in Jeffersonville I.N. it was 8:48 pm when I place my online order for the drive through pickup. Nobody talked on the screen so I pulled around walked inside and music was playing loud the girl working seen me and asked can I help you in a very nasty way. After I told her I had an online order she turned around grabbed the ticket and I could tell she did not want to make this sandwich at all. Then another couple walked in and ordered a sandwich and the gentleman came up and was very nice and handled his business and when the girl seen she had to make another sandwich you could tell she was very irritated and it started making that one and come to find out she messed that one up and the gentleman had to make both of them. Very terrible experience. First time ever dealing with this

Food is good as always. It was ready quick. But too quick. The construction of it was horrible. I kept thinking I ordered the wrong sandwich because it took almost halfway through to taste all the things that come on it.

A great sandwich shop, Can’t wait to stop taking pictures of my sandwich and sink my teeth into. FYI the drive-through is open till nine but I think the dining closed at eight at least they were closed when I got there, but I was relieved to see that I could go to the drive-through Because I had my heart set on eating a Jimmy John’s sandwich and nothing else would do.

The lady who took my order had difficulty hearing and asked me to repeat my order multiple times. She really shouldn’t be taking orders in a restaurant. Additionally, the girl with the unkempt appearance and dirty uniform was off-putting. It’s important to maintain a clean uniform in a restaurant. Because of these experiences, I will not be returning here again.

Waited 30 mins for my order, to find out they had placed it by the drive through and then they offered me a cold toasted sandwich. Then I had to wait even longer to finally get my sandwich. They did refund me but didn’t look at the receipt to see I had paid with cash….. I had to say no I paid with cash not a card.
I understand mistakes happen but all that in 35 mins is a mess and it’s not the first time I have ordered online and had to wait for my sandwich once I got there.

To the regional manager this spot: INCENTIVIZE DELIVERY DRIVERS TO WORK FOR YOU. I have called 6 separate times over the course of the last 4 months, and all 6 times I have been told that they don’t have delivery drivers. Sure Doordash could do that. But some still pay in cash, and tip our drivers well. Your solution to lack employment should never be a third-party company. Please fix this. There are people who will drive for you.

Always decent sandwiches but the employees at this location make sure customers know they hate their job. Placed an online pickup order. No greeting from the girl at the drive thur window just s snide remark “it’ll be a minute the order was just placed” (2 sandwiches, not 20) but sure no problem. Comes back 3 mins later and just shoves the bag out the window, no words. Confusing behavior to say the least.
