BUYERS BEWARE. Ordered from the Corydon Jimmy John’s over through the app. I had a gift card that and was unable to pay for through the app, so I placed the order as cash and thought I would just pay for it when I pick it up. When trying to pay for the meal at the register with a JIMMY JOHN’S gift card, was informed that their system does NOT accept the gift card. I can order on the app and pay for it with the card through the app, but the gift card is NO GOOD at the store. Have worked in retail for OVER 30 years and in my opinion, THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So be aware that if you buy a Jimmy John’s gift card, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT AT THE SORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has very poor leadership, they cannot make a sandwich the way you order. And it’s very simple, but everything rises and falls on leadership so these people must not be trained that well or held to a normal standard.

Ordered a simple tuna sub and a side of pasta salad for delivery. My apartment number was clearly listed on the order and the receipt taped to the bag. Clear instructions to knock loudly on my door or call my number also listed on the receipt. Food was left on my neighbors door mat. No notification of delivery no knock on the door or anything. Had I not checked outside I would have never known they had been here. Not to mention delivery took like 30 min! Didn’t they advertise as ” freaky fast” . Then when i called to speak to the manager she didn’t seem to care at all or offer any remedy to the situation. SMH people can’t pay attention and provide decent service but everyone wants a tip! Not to mention the pasta side was like 3$ and it was literally 2 bites of pasta that tasted old. The sandwich was falling apart and the bread was old and hard. Not worth the money at all.

Just ordered the largest sandwich that you can purchase from Jimmy John’s and it was the new toasted chicken baconr anch sandwich. Got it home was 90%. Lettuce and maybe one little piece or 2 of chicken melted in some cheese. So not worth my money or time. Ill never go back to this location again or any Jimmy. John’s, i am a Google local guide, and I don’t like to slam Anywhere, but when it’s bad, gotta say the truth. When someone pays the amount that we are paying these days for food. You should get what you pay for…. Not ripped off!!!

If youre going to order from this one go in, delivery is trash with food left on ground despite not being told to leave food, in poor condition of water/ pickle juice soaking through bag and sandwiches, drinks are 99% ice with a drop of soda, and still havnt included napkins once. Dont think ill be back at all.

I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in about a year. I was looking forward to a yummy sandwich. Not sure what happened. Their bread used to be great. It tastes like subway’s bread now. Yuck. They were stingy on the toppings. Very disappointed. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

It was kinda good… Maybe it was just my sandwich but my wife though hers was not the best either.
The lettuce wrap sub was okay not the best. The service was super friendly and was greeted with warm welcomes and excitement to try a new place.
Maybe this is not for us… I’m gonna have to stay with Subway. Good service and super good environment. The place was clean and amazing just not for us.

Just wanted to say that we ordered a number nine from the super 8 motel room 104, there was a mistake made, they were quick to rectify the situation and make it right, everything was delicious and the girl who took our order definitely made things right and needs a raise and she is a true token to the workforce, thank you for whoever you are!
