Due to dozens of subpar Subway sandwiches in my younger days, I’ve avoided franchise sub/sandwich places for years. However, I found myself in this Jimmy John’s and I have to say, I am impressed. This place is spotless– from the tables, windows, bathrooms, all of it. I even saw someone checking the temperature of the food. The young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. And the food was delicious!

Fantastic gourmet subs for very reasonable prices & I’ve always received a smile when they hand me my order & that’s often even before I’ve finished paying for it!! Great variety & selections of subs, sandwiches or even their unwiches…hehe!!

I enjoy listening to the upbeat music they play & they offer both tables or booths for your comfort while i eat!!

Not good. My sandwich was missing toppings that I ordered and there was only one piece of turkey on the turkey Tom. It was mostly bread and lettuce. They charged me extra to toast the bread which was rubbery when I got home. Couldn’t apply points to the app. Won’t be returning.

Can you please explain to me why when I order with your app, I put the name for each sandwich… You never do. I ask for the sandwiches to be cut in half, by checking the box, nope never cut in half, check the box for napkins, no napkins. So why even have it on the app. It’s getting old not doing what you ask me to fill out

Missing items again. Either my order was delivered to the wrong location and the replacement order was then messed up. Or my order was marked delivered a full 7 minutes before being delivered. Either way my order was cold (supposed to be toasted) and items Missing from the order. I paid 30 dollars and a 5 dollar tip for my food to be partially Missing and cold.

Very good staff and friendly. I ordered a sandwich wrong, once for pickup, and when my mom nicely called, and we figured out what happened, they came and delivered the correct sandwich free of charge! This restaurant always makes sure their sandwiches are made with care and that they will have loyal and satisfied customers. I have been going here for years!.

Worst Jimmy Johns location in the whole corporation.
I mostly order online, I usually order extra protein because they never put enough on there to begin with, but I NEVER get the extra protein that I PAY FOR.
I asked them nicely to PLEASE bring me a straw with my drinks since the last 5 times I’ve ordered, they haven’t brought one.
Did I get one this time? Yes. Was it intentionally broken and sabotaged to the point of not being able to use it? ABSOLUTELY.

Or how about Everytime I put “PLEASE KNOCK AND LEAVE AT DOOR”, they just throw my food down the stairs ( I live in an apartment complex) and don’t knock at all, so hours go by and I’m calling the store wondering where my food went just to find out the driver couldn’t be bothered to walk down four stairs and knock on my door?
This location needs some serious help, or better yet just fire the whole team and hire new.
The ones currently working there are pointless and can’t be bothered to do anything “out of their pay range” (said to me, by an employee).
Do YOURSELF a favor and drive that extra mile across town to the other location because this one is not worth the headache.

Normally the food is great, and the delivery’s have been prompt and correct.

They completely either forgot my order or sent it to the wrong place. I called in 45 min after the order was “out for delivery” , and the lady who answered said she would track down the driver and call me back. I waited another hour, called back, and the driver answered who told me I was wrong and I needed to check my door. I informed him nicely that I am able to stand on my porch and that there was no order there, the manager picked up the phone, said “she would void my order “ hung up and that was that. My order was never voided, refunded and never received.
