Be prepared for frustration and disappointment if you order delivery from them. They contract with Uber Eats for deliveries and apparently feel no obligation to make customers whole when there are delivery issues.
Update: My sandwich did eventually show up, but I have no idea when or how because no one contacted me or even bothered to ring my doorbell when dropping it off late. No idea how long it sat outside before I noticed it. Rating improved from one to three stars.

Went in yesterday for lunch to pickup 2 sandos (which were delicious), and because of the weather, only one gentleman was running the whole show! One guy making the bread, prepping the meats, slicing the garden, stocking the cheese, the chips, refilling lids, cleaning tables; all of this making in-store, online orders, and running the reggie. I wish I had gotten his name, cuz the dude deserves a shout-out. I was there around 1pm, and the guy said he’d been there since 5:30am, alone. That’s an all-star. If I owned a restaurant, I would’ve tried to steal him in the spot. 6 stars!

I used to really rely on that freaky fast slogan, but each time I order delivery, it takes at least 45 minutes for me to receive my order form the store about 3 blocks away. What’s worse is they will say it’s out for delivery, but sometimes the sandwich hasn’t even been made yet.

I ordered a pickup order at 5pm and paid for it. Got there at 5:30 and their hours online said open until 6. The doors were locked and there was one person in there doing dishes. I don’t understand why you would display you’re open and take my money when your doors are locked and no one is working.

I’m giving this location two stars because sometimes (rarely) the service is actually good. I ordered online today and arrived a couple minutes after it should have been done. I never got a notification, it wasn’t on the pre-order shelf and when I asked the guy at the counter about it he said it would be up in a minute (after he was finished texting on his phone). After several more minutes of waiting I walked over to the prep counter and saw my order sitting there. These particular employees obviously hate working there and need to find something else to do. No, the customer isn’t always right, but common courtesy and a decent level of respect seems reasonable.

3 stars for the food as it simply meets my expectations of jimmy johns… neither better or worse than any other location.
1 star for both service and atmosphere. I have never had a pleasant greeting from the staff here. No “hello”, “good afternoon”, or “how are you?” They just stare at you in disgust and ask what you need.
To make things worse, they blast their own personal playlists which are far from professional, the store stinks and has you wondering if the food is even safe to eat, they have their infants behind the counter. It’s hard to believe that the owner has not disciplined his staff or found new employees.

I’m giving this company 1 star. Ordered online, delivery was fast. Order was not correct, called to speak the manager was asked by employee ” what do you want”! Notified manager once she got on the phone that employee was rude and very unprofessional. Currently waiting on refund.

I arrived to this Jimmy John’s and from the moment I stepped in it was chaotic with loud music and people standing all over the place with guests waiting on sandwiches.
While I was placing my order the original lady at the POS was kicked off by a delivery driver where I place my order. My receipt says the order was placed at 11:35.
I waited for exactly 30 minutes for my sandwich to be made which seems crazy for a place who prides themselves in being “freaky fast”
As I was waiting I witnessed a shit show. Delivery orders were being made and stacking up but nobody was taking them, two people were making sandwiches but the rest of the staff kind of paced almost unsure of what to do.
It felt like a mad house.
