I used to love Jimmy John’s, especially the Hunter’s Club sandwich which I have almost always ordered; it’s advertised as “2x roast beef”. The last time I ordered one, it had two thin SLICES of roast beef so I’d hate to see the regular version. Their bread is still astronomically better than Subway, but I’m tired of being ripped off. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is just plain ugly, which I don’t mind. I DO mind being ripped off. You lost a customer.

We use this Jimmy John’s location for customer visits and catered lunches and this location never lets us down. Even though we are slightly out of their delivery range, they agree to deliver to us, saving a lot of time and resources. Yesterday, I failed to place a delivery order for an important customer visit, so I called in the evening and Andrew was awesome in taking care of us. The order was delivered on time, was exactly what we ordered, even given the short order window. Thanks to all at this location and all of those that work there.

Hey guys I was working up here in Auburn, super hungry, pizza wasn’t going to cut it and door dash is awful in Auburn. I called Jimmy John’s and said I’m sorry but do y’all deliver that is not door dash, yes he said, great do you take cash he said yep. And I gave my address and it was Yahtzee a got a huge slim add turkey made it a combo. Whew wee it was super duper. Delivery driver was awesome and no I have choices

Jimmy Johns cares about the Emergency Responders. Placed a catering order through Cracker Barrel to feed 35 people. Unfortunately their grill went down, electric went out, computers systems went down, etc…..So in a panic to feed 35 people in 30 minutes, I called Jimmy Johns as soon as they opened and they were up for the challenge. They got to taking my order over the phone immediately and was thankful to help.

Order and asked for EXTRAS ON MY order I didn’t not receive that let alone receive barely anything on my sandwich this is absolutely ridiculous!
