The service is only 3 because the night crew is so inconsistent on friendliness and being sanitary and honoring tad ocd requests since they hardly ever have the same people on at night some of the night crew tries to get away without washing hands too however of lunch crew worked all day service woujd be 5 stars because there all friendly and happy to be there and even accommodate better however the night crew is getting as bad as the other night crew just down the road( sr 933 one this is the worst in all of south bend) hoping his night crew does not get as bad as the sr 933 crew this location was so friendjy die awhile at both shifts lunch and evening crew don’t know what happened

Very rude employees. Was trying to give my order in the drive thru and they got very rude and I had asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it was even on the receipt but was NOT CUT. I won’t be coming back to this jimmy johns.

I preordered a catering order the day before. I came in at 9:29 and was asked to leave because they don’t open for another couple minutes by one of the ladies. I walked in a little after 9:30 and they were just getting started on my order-super disappointed with this location. I can order subs for my customers at any place. There are so many options these days. The guy that handed me my order was very kind. So I appreciated that. Today’s date of Occurrence. 7/10/25

This is Not a good restaurant!
I never eat at Jimmy John’s because of the founders hobby of killing beautiful animals in Africa. But today is one of our last days in South Bend, so we thought we’d give it a try. (being that we’re exhausted from driving in from out of state and tired of the usual fast food)
My husband ordered online enjoying the ease of using the app and being able to watch his sandwich be prepared in their tracking system however they don’t bother to finish using a tracking system to let him know his sandwiches are complete. He called 36 minutes later to find out what was taking so long with two cold sandwiches and they let him know that the employee just didn’t bother to finish the order by pushing the button.
Next issue :They have a veggie sandwich that I thought sounded good with avocado listed as the second ingredient (in all caps) in their advertisement. When I took a bite out of my sandwich I found it missing avocado. I SEARCHED for “avocado” and when I found none my husband called to complain. They told him where he can find a tiny squirt of some “avocado spread” between 2 pieces of cheese (not my idea of what “avocado” is!) And certainly nothing like the picture which actually shows a sandwich which contains lots of the avocado. So now I’ll have to go to the grocery store to buy some avocado so I can finish making my sandwich. LAME restaurant. We won’t be back. SUBWAY is WAY better!

I got glass in my food at Jimmy John’s, I called the corporate office and got no return call from them, I called Jimmy John’s where I got the sandwich and told them about the glass and they said they don’t serve glass there.! I didn’t go inside. So I have no rating to give for atmosphere. The drive thru seems quick and easy. Usually friendly. Never issues with my order. Eat there every Friday. Also like the fact that they use Helmans Mayonnaise and some Miracle Whip salad dressing. I’ve never had a Jimmy John’s order I didn’t appreciate or was wrong.

I am a long time Jimmy Johns fan. Even worked there for a couple years over a decade ago. This is the first time I have ever walked into one and been helped by such a rude individual. It was like it was a complete bother for us to be there, to ask for modifications on our subs, or to just communicate in general. Jenna was what my receipt said but I’m not sure if it was here because she wasn’t wearing a name badge. I even tried to ask if she was okay and having a bad day and I got a really crazy look and more irritable body language. Won’t be returning
