Ordered delivery on April 12 around 8:30pm and never got my chips. Called the store and the girl said “unfortunately my driver isn’t here so we can’t bring you your chips, but we can credit you for your next delivery “. I know Jimmy John’s allows anyone over 18 to drive forgotten items to customer but this Jimmy John’s refused to. Super disappointed cause I always eat my chips and sandwich together. Hopefully the managers and employees get trained better by corporate in the future! I also was disappointed with the bread being a little burnt.

Ordered over an hour in advance for delivery on my lunch break. Never came but showed delivered by Uber. Called the driver and doesn’t speak a link of English. Call the store and nothing they can do to fix it but to refund my money which will take 3 days. Asked to deliver at next break so I could eat and said they couldn’t do thay even though they don’t close till 10. Will never order from this location again!

I order from here often. Lately, it’s been taking a crazy long time for my orders to be delivered. I waited an hour today (AFTER it was marked as out for delivery. so it was actually an hour and a half total). My drink was melted and my sandwich warm by the time it arrived. 🙁

Last 4 times I’ve ordered there is something missing from my order. I always order a sandwich meal. So only 3 things in an order… it’s either missing my drink or my chips and even if I call them like I ask to get a free item on my next order, they still forget something! Lol they have lost me as a costumer. I was hoping if I waited a while before ordering again something would have changed but….

I’ve ordered from this location quite literally, close to a hundred times.
They really set the bar when it comes to standard. Everything comes fresh, fast and the delivery drivers are always friendly. You know how you order from a place, and when you get the order, you think to yourself “What did they forget this time..”
It’s completely the opposite at this store location. I’ve never seen a chain be so consistent and check all the boxes every single time.
Today I ordered my usual Chicken Bacon Ranch toasted sub (it’s the best thing on the menu, trust me) and they mistakenly forgot to add the ranch. I called the store and spoke to manager who’s name is Nash and explained what happened, not even demanding a new order, and before I could get all the words out he offered to make the sandwich again and drop it off, at no extra cost. That is some excellent customer service.
My already, very high opinion of this particular store now just landed on the moon. Thank you for running a tight ship over there, Nash. If someone of high level importance, who works for the chain sees this, make sure he’s compensated and happy there because dude has a bright future and stands on good business practices.

I get sandwiches from here at least three times a week in the summer for myself and co-workers. I speak for us all when I say they have the best food and best service. I’ve never had a bad experience here. If I’m in a hurry I don’t have to worry because the sandwiches are always made freaky fast. Also the employees are so friendly and full of customer care. Best sandwiches ever!!

Ordered an 8 inch Italian night club with turkey added, and some extras with it too. Service was fast (order arrived within 20 min of placing order) and the delivery person was very polite. The sandwich was perfect! Pleasantly surprised and will be ordering again!
