They messed up both sandwiches put tomato on one when told not annd didn’t put peppers on the other one, it wasn’t even that hard of an order and I wasn’t going back by the time I got home. Maybe if the music wasn’t @ volume 100 they could hear orders correctly

I placed an order for pickup online. The order was not right. Only half a sandwich was prepared (I ordered giant to be cut in half). The drinks were not prepared. Mustard packets and napkins were not in sack. What would happen if they delivered it

Went to pick up my order that I placed on grubhub, waited ten minutes then politely asked about my order. It was mixed in with the delivery driver orders, no biggie. The manager then proceeded to yell “hey hey hey” as I’m leaving. She wanted to tell me that Doordash and grub hub need to come to other side to pick up orders. I explained I simply choose the pick up option and next time, how about an “excuse me” instead of yelling ” hey hey hey” in a packed dining room. Very rude. Decent food though.

Jimmy John saved my life with his delicious food, I am thankful to have seen the sign for it on the road. I’m not sure where I would be had I not walked in to dine that day. John Jimmy’s heavenly food has opened up my culinary horizons. I hope others who have read this review will receive a similar appetite that I have developed.

Jimmy John’s is quite classical. I enjoyed consuming a fine meal here. An associate of mine recommended the establishment, having Seen the great service for himself. I wanted to experience that joy too, and it was beautiful. I will be dining here for the rest of my time on Earth.

Ordered in advance, arrived and my subs weren’t done didn’t even get a sorry had to wait more time for something that should’ve been done in the first place. Then the kid behind the counter tried to give me the subs without my pickles. Read the receipt kids it’ll tell you exactly what the customer ordered.
