I typically get a turkey tom on Fridays for lunch. The shop is clean with fun anecdots on the wall, staff is helpful and quick. The food choices are a step (or 2) above Subway Sandwiches. I am a repeat customer.

With the service I received today.I really hope freaky fast is no longer part of your logo. If so it is a misnomer. We ordered ahead, and I still had to wait. And with sadness, the boy at the window did not even say thank you or barely any words. I know life is changing and with that.Why can’t customer service be better instead of worse.

I frequent this establishment on a weekly basis and quality of preparation of sandwiches is significantly going downhill. From opening up a sandwich with the wrapper of the cheese still attached to the inside of the sandwich, to meat being very sparse and not evenly distributed in the sandwich, to tomatoes being added when asked without. I think maybe freaky fast should be slowed down and quality should be increased!

I ordered a free sandwich for my birthday, a new cookie, and tipped as if my sandwich wasn’t free for the delivery driver.
The order apparently took a half hour to make and I have no idea how long to deliver because the app was not updated to tell me that my order had arrived. Our apartment buildings have locked doors and the order was left outside on the porch in the rain indefinitely. The bag was wet. So I guess I’ve got to decide if this is worth eating or not when I don’t have a lot of lunch options (which is why I ordered in the first place) to have instead.
Extremely disappointed that there was zero communication on this one until I called the store after an hour to then be told it was delivered. Guess I need a new lunch delivery place from now on.

They had no delivery drivers so they used Uber eats. I now have no food and I’m out 40 dollars because I don’t have an Uber eats account and cannot try to contact the driver that claimed to deliver it. And the girl on the phone said there is nothing that can be done that I have to contact Uber eats, when I didn’t order through that app in the first place they were the ones to set up that delivery. The child on the phone told me she was sorry and she can’t do anything about it. I had to request a manager call me. Never again. If I wanted it through Uber eats or doordash I would’ve ordered it that way, I Don’t even have an Uber eats account to call them with. Apparently customer service training is not important.

When I get home late and don’t feel like cooking, this is our go-to and the one on the corner of Rt30 & Rt41 is outstanding. They are always fast, always good and the employees and drivers there are always friendly and accomdating! Recommend!

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s quite a few times, dining in and picking up to-go. Every experience has been great. The staff is quick to help, the food is ready quick and always tasty, and orders are accurate. Great place to stop. A+

I pulled up to the drive up and I could see the girls inside looking at me. Nobody would respond. I finally called , they took my order and I told them I was in the drive up but they never came to the window. After waiting , I finally drove around to get my food and it was just sitting on the counter. When I asked Mike why he didn’t hand it to me , he would not respond, he looked down and then mumbled oh we tried to give it you but you had left. Terrible service, I would never go there but my special needs son loves the place. So I put up with their poor attitude.

Its jimmy johns. Its clean. Its fast. Whats to know? Food is good, on the one time out of four they get my order right. This time, I got Coke instead of diet, regular bread instead of thick sliced wheat, and veggies where I ordered none. And the order is correct on the receipt, just not the food. I think the only redeeming factor is the chips and cookies are sealed in a package and cannot be screwed up.

We preordered 2 sandwiches and went through the drive thru to pick them up. The girl who was working the drive thru told us to pull up. We waited at the window for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us. In that time, two different workers sauntered past the window multiple times texting on their phones. It wasn’t until we honked several times that anyone came to the window.
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience.
