So after saying the order was ready for pick up and waiting 20 more minutes, the beef brisket sandwich was inedible.
I guess they had mistaken the fatty remains for brisket, or they just gave up on quality.
It’s so fatty I actually thought it was undercooked bacon.
So much for $20. I won’t order the brisket cheddar cheese again. Hopefully I don’t get sick if there was undercooked bacon on it.

They are super prejudice at this location. I will never ever come here again. . The cashier was ok but the other workers act like you are bothering them. My husband ask to add mustard while the guy was making his sandwich he made the ugliest face like he was bothering him. And the chubby guy at the door only said good night to everybody else except us. He turned his back to us. I felt sorry uncomfortable that we wanted to cancel our order. But we already paid.. I will never go here again.

They got my order incorrect. I paid for that and delivery but didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it and bring it to me so they put a credit on my account. Then, I can’t use the credit without going to the store. I go to the store to get the correct food and still had to pay for a portion of it when the manager told me it would be free with the credit. Really feels like a rip off when I already paid for it and a delivery fee the first time and I didn’t even eat the first sandwich because it was made wrong. And how is 3 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers enough for a whole sandwich?

I work close to this one and every time I order from here it’s terrible. If it’s a sandwich all the toppings are off the sandwich and any sauce is either too light or it’s an abundance in a weird spot!!!

Extremely disappointed. The sandwiches were thrown together with toppings completely off the sandwich. When I called to have it fixed, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. This location needs better quality control and customer service.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced Went in to pick up an online order took 25 minutes to get the order. The facility wasn’t busy just some kids making the food that clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The manager or whatever she was some very rude woman that told me I don’t have to come in there and I thought she’s right. She lost a customer. I see why there was no customers in there. Worst customer service.

I was kind of surprised by the reviews from other people on here. But I usually place a pickup order and don’t have problems at this location. Usually it’s made soon after I place the order.
I usually get my orders at night before they close and the staff seem very friendly. They greet people as they enter and leave. Seems favorable for my small orders.

What’s not to love?! Jimmy Johns is always consistent. Well put-together customized sandwiches delivered quickly. The only negative feedback I have is it seems like the cookies have changed recently, and it’s not for the better. The cookies used to be soft and fresh tasting. The last few times they have been hard and don’t taste as good. Given this I don’t order them anymore.

Wow! They won’t even deliver to the country inn & suites where I’m staying now. However, they will deliver to the the neighboring addresses on both sides. Very discriminating business practice.
