I specifically selected curbside pickup for my order. When I arrived, there were no customers inside the store, yet the staff was clearly standing around talking. I sat in my car for 10 minutes and not one employee made any attempt to bring out my order. That level of neglect is unacceptable. I will not be placing any more orders at this location. I’d rather spend my money somewhere employees actually do their jobs instead of standing around being unproductive.

Got a delivery order, yet when the driver got to my home they threw the bag at the door and walked off. Now I’m not one to always complain about it. But lI was in the middle opening the door when they did that and then walked off. My sandwich had tomato and the cap meat on it. I didn’t want that and I looked back at my receipt and it said no on both of those. Over all my sandwich dry and had three peppers. I’m a frequent flyer because it’s an easy way to get food but why give a business money when stuff like that happens!

I used to order from this store often. On my most recent experience, I placed a delivery order at 10:46am. After 45 minutes and the Order Tracking stopped working, I called the store. They told me to check to see if my food was left at the door… it wasn’t. I have a ring doorbell too, no one came to my door. So, they said they would remake it and send it. Well,.. it’s another 30 minutes after that right now, and I just called and they said, “he’s leaving now, we got backed up”. Nice.

So yeah, if you order from here, don’t expect them to be able to find a clearly marked address, and don’t expect them to have the common sense to put you at the front of the line if they don’t deliver your food right the first time.

This will be my last order from this store.

It absolutely baffles me how a person of sound mind can fail to put the correct items on a sandwich. The information is WRITTEN IN FRONT OF YOU. It is more baffling when they put ingredients on a sandwich that aren’t on the sandwich in the first place (and weren’t requested). I don’t care how old you are, if you’re above 7, you should be able to handle that. 5 lbs of lettuce does not go on a Cubano. Mustard, shocker I know, does in fact go on a Cubano. This isn’t rocket science.

I realize the toasting thing is still somewhat new, but you aren’t supposed to put the cheese on the outside of the bread before toasting. It turns into a rock hard mess and makes the bread uneatable (yes, that’s a word, and the proper one). Oh, and you’re supposed to “toast” the sandwich, not burn it.

From here on out I will not be tipping online and instead will open the bag in front of the delivery driver, check the contents to make sure it’s correct, then tip accordingly.

It shouldn’t be a 60% chance of getting your correct order when ordering a sandwich, chips, and a drink. And let’s not talk about the straws, mustard packets, etc. that run correct about 20% of the time.

I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. Very much so. The only reason I continue to order is the amount of gift cards I have. Might donate those now. And, while I know it’s not this location who is responsible, the chips aren’t even seasoned anymore. Cutting corners everywhere.

Go to Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, or pretty much any other sandwich place if you want a decent sandwich made by a competent employee. Joke of an establishment.

Very expensive for sandwiches! They didn’t get my order right either.
On another visit I couldn’t believe what I saw when I walked in. There were bags of food on the floor. While I waited for a customer to make her order while surrounded by the bags and blocking the cashier, a worker came out and swiped another shelf of bags onto the floor. After that customer was done, I too had to stand surrounded by the bags the entire time I made my order. Another thing that bothered me was that once the customer was done ordering I stood waiting for a while for someone to take my order. It wasn’t until the worker making the previous customers’ order said “customer”, did another worker who was just standing doing nothing and not paying attention to what work needed to be done finally came up to the register. Me standing at the register should be self-evident that I would like to order and should be taken care of without having to be told.
On a side note, I can’t believe they take the middle of the bread out of the sandwich and don’t even ask if you want it that way. I saw the worker making my sandwich before I was even done ordering. When I said leave the bread in the sandwich, they had to cut another loaf and start over because they had already put mayo on the loaf, they were working on. Who knows how long that loaf sat there waiting for the next customer to order not knowing they take the bread out of the sandwich!

Need to find a better way to serve the people that come in the door, order food and then wait, over the online orders. Second time in a row waited almost 15 minutes for my sandwich. While multiple online orders are made.

My family loves JJs, and we get it quite often. Going in and ordering at this location is okay, but getting delivery is freaky slow! On two occasions it has taken over a hour and I’ve actually had to call the store to find out if we will get our food. If you can’t get 3 sandwiches to a house in under a hour you probably shouldn’t offer delivery. Just got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the bread is practically burnt! Definitely does not live up to JJs in Charleston, IL!

Employees are not the happiest bunch but the food is usually done right. Except the last 3 times I’ve ordered a wrap, they’re rolling it like a big burrito and it makes the “wrap” not proportioned well with the ingredients-you might get a bite of just lettuce and tortilla, next might be just meat and it’s a lot harder to eat, a huge mess. That’s honestly my only complaint. They’re open late which is convenient.

This location is on point! Freaky fast and freaky good describe the Crown Point location perfectly. We got both of our sandwiches before I finished paying!

The front display is always filled with chips, water and Frenchie baguettes. When the staff is in between orders they are always cleaning the prep area and the dining areas.

I frequent several Jimmy John’s location in the region and this is by far my favorite due to the friendliness of the staff, quality of the sandwiches, and cleanliness of the shop.

I highly recommend this location!

I made a call in order for my patient and I heard the doorbell ring. I Immediately went to the door only to find food on the ground. The driver that sped off would you like your food on the ground. No worries we wouldn’t order from you guys again. I would give zero star only reason you’ve one star is because that’s the only way to make this post.
