I normally order on the app and pick up, but I didn’t order ahead this time. Service was friendly and quick. I get the beach club almost every time I go to Jimmy John’s and I am often disappointed by the lack of avocado spread. I didn’t order extra because they rarely add much to it. The sandwich I got from this location was really good but consistent with other stores in there wasn’t enough avocado on it.

I ordered extra provolone cheese didn’t get it. I added extra cheddar, didn’t look like extra like I’ve ordered before. I also added extra shaved parmasean & there was none on my sandwich. Plus I told the gentleman who delivered it, thank you and he didn’t even respond. My sandwich was not how I’ve had it before.

I came to Jimmy John’s for one reason and one reason only: the pickle. Not the sandwich (though it’s fine), not the chips, but for THE PICKLE. That’s why I didn’t go to some other place. I placed my order, they handed me the bag, and I left. Long drive, I’m tired, I trusted them. Big mistake. I get home… no pickle. None. The entire reason for my visit, GONE. Do you know what it’s like to mentally prepare your taste buds for a pickle and then have that dream ripped away??!! If you want to feel deep, soul-crushing disappointment, come to this location. Close location to one of my offices and this place is the only place that never delivers on time. NEVER. I am currently still waiting over an hour on a sandwich(just plain sandwich no sides, no drinks. My lunch hour is over now) This has happened every single time I order from here and usually they always forget something in my order. I purposely order ahead of time prior to lunch rush due to this and it’s still always late. Will no longer use this location. UPDATE – finally got food & yes, they messed it up.

I was up north on an assignment during lunch time. I was headed to Skyline Chili but really had a hankering for a Jimmy John’s sandwich but had no clue where one was when at a red light, on 86th st, I saw a Jimmy John’s right next to me so I made a b-line for it. I sure wasn’t sorry I did either. I got the JJ Gargantuan, I think it was called, I really don’t remember for sure but it was huge. This sandwich was delicious and fed 3 adults with a little leftover. I wish there was a Jimmy John’s closer to my home. The closest restaurant to my home is almost 4 1/2 miles away. Still close enough if I’m already out shopping but not close enough for delivery. Maybe one day there will be a location in the Christian Park/ Irvington area.

Really disappointed, I’ve never had an issue with Jimmy John’s until i just received my order. I ordered a #11 country club, with the way it comes just extra mayo. However, that is not what I received. There are not only onions, but also oil with seeds and peppers. I’m so sad because i’m on my lunch break and can’t even eat this sandwich because I am allergic to peppers (jalapeños and red peppers are on the sandwich). Other than that, everything would have been fine but now I can’t even eat my food.

I just left this jimmy johns about and hour ago and as the worker was having a conversation with me about my food Her manager proceeded to yell at her about being on her phone she told her she was not on her phone and she continued to be hostile the lady kindly packed my food up and said she was going to finish making orders and go home the food was good but the experience was very uncomfortable no worker should EVER go through that.

I wait an hour for food too many times. Multiple times my turkey sandwiches are missing the turkey. When I called and spoke to the manager to ask why i didnt get the meat, they literally put 3 slices of turkey in paper, in a bag and delivered it- without an apology for their mistake. When I called back about the 3 slices he said ” you didn’t say you wanted it remade” They chose not to remake the sandwich. I went to the wesite and contacted customer service about my experience- never heard anything. The worst experience from this place. For the owner- get your place of business together. This is unacceptable for the price we have to pay for the food and service.

Whatever you do, do not order on the app or online. An hour and twenty minutes later, they arrive with soggy sandwiches that sat in someone’s car an hour before being delivered. Spoke to Dan, the manager, and that is acceptable standard operating procedure now. Not what you would expect for over $20 for two sandwiches. I guess freaky fast is defined differently now days! I understand staffing shortages, but how about a heads up on the app please if your lunch will be over before you get the delivery!

Jimmy John’s has the best bread of all the sub places. Get the peppers on your sandwich! They have great flavor and don’t add too much heat. This JJ’s always has good service and they get the sandwiches made fast.
I love this one for a quick lunch that isn’t too heavy. The beach club with the peppers is my favorite.
