Ordered a meal tonight from this restaurant and called when on my way to let them know not to cancel the order. I only live 3 min away. The girl that answered asked me if the sandwich was to be toasted. I said yes and she proceeded to tell me the toasters were already off. Then asked me another 2 times if I was really sure we wanted it toasted. I again said yes. she said so you’ll have to wait I have to turn the toaster on. I said it was no problem. When I arrived I was greeted with an attitude from the girl at the front and the guy that was cleaning the toaster. I understand everyone wants to go home but you were still open for another 15 min. I apologized profusely. When I arrived home with the food, the sandwich wasn’t even made correctly they just threw ham, cheese and bacon on bread and put it in the toaster. No condiments. We got a dry sandwich. If you don’t want to make orders, shut down the website to not allow orders past a certain time. Not sure I will return to the jimmy John’s again. The food we received was not worth the money we paid. Didn’t feel valued as a customer and was made to feel like an inconvenience.

Went with a friend and the service was great. I’ve had a few different sandwiches here that I don’t like, but mostly because I dislike lettuce and mayo. But I got that taken off and the sandwich was great! Cheerful staff, and fast fast fast!!! ‍♂️ ✅️

Terrible service! Wished I could have given no stars.. I completed an order through the app and it took over 45 MINUTES to have my order delivered to me and my work is only 5 minutes away! I called the store asking where my order was and the girl that answered verified my order and told me it was out for delivery. I informed her that its been 30 minutes. She told me that the owner was the one delivering and he had more important business to attend to before he delivered. I asked for a time she couldn’t give me one. I waited til food was delivered and asked the guy if he was the owner he told me No. I asked him to pass along a message. I order frequently from JJ but if this the service I get I wont order from their location anymore.. Its one thing to pay $15 for sub and another to pay $4 for a delivery fee and WAIT almost an hour for sub and the sub NOT BE RIGHT!!! And the delivery guy whether he is the owner or not with his body language seemed like he couldn’t care less!!! I ordered a beach club -it’s the only thing I order and it comes with avocado. And my sub had like no avocado on the sandwich. Very disappointing! Along with my co- workers sub was disappointing as well his sandwich was watered down. The way I feel right now I wont be ordering from this location 1155 E Stop 11 anytime soon!

All of us enjoyed our sandwiches. My wife enjoyed the Salami Caprese Wrap, and my son loved the Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap. I ate the Italian Night Club sandwich on the French Bread. It is a very flavorful and delicious sandwich. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The people who work here are incompetent. Every single time I order, we never get the drink we order. The driver always says they will get us the drink but they never do and we are forced to spend money on products we don’t get. I’m so tired of waiting on a drink and we get the STRAW but never the actual drink. It’s infuriating that they can’t get such a simple thing correct.

I order ahead using the App. These people are incompetent.
They can’t get an order right. 6 mistakes in about 3 weeks.
#1 Missing a cookie.
#2 Got message that order was ready 2 hours before it was supposed to be.
#3 Ordered sandwich around 12:30pm for pick up at 4:30pm.
Got there at 4:35pm, order was not ready. Had to wait.
#4 Didn’t follow instructions. Didn’t cut sandwich in half. Missing onions.

Update ***
Had forgotten why I don’t go to this location until I went back today… after ordering and picking up I asked a simple question about rewards… dude made the biggest sigh out loud like OMG how dare you ask me ANYTHING…. ‍♀️ yikes ok still not a good location either rude employees!

Found not one but TWO hairs in my sandwhich, this one was baked INTO the bread and not even removable

Good food, even better people.

We order from here frequently for work lunches and it is always a satisfying meal. On our last visit, a customer walked out with our two bags of food in addition to their one from the pick-up station. Upon realizing this, the staff immediately went into action to contact the other party in an effort to get our items back. The manager on duty apologized several times and offered solutions to remake the meals if they were not returned.

It was an incredibly stressful situation for the staff, and they handled it with grace and tact. It wasn’t even remotely their fault, the other customer was 100% in the wrong. And yet, the staff and manager did everything in their power to right the situation. A driver was even sent after the other party when they refused to bring the food back. Thankfully, they were successful in their endeavor. The manager then took the time to make sure our food was still okay to serve and we left with a credit for our trouble.

As someone who has worked customer service for years, this was an awful situation the staff were put in by the other party and yet they were so kind and helpful. ZERO stars for the other people and 5+ for JJs.

I ordered delivery. 2 combos and tipped $10. Didn’t receive chips, straws or ice in either of the drinks. It did arrive quickly and the driver was friendly so I gave 2 stars for that.
