Continues to get my delivery orders wrong! I use them for convenience while at work and the last three times they have gotten my orders wrong! So frustrating when all the person has to do is read whats on the screen/paper. Putting items on the sandwich that was never requested. I made sure I checked just in case it was my mistake and it hasn’t been. I think I’m done with this place! Soo annoyed

First time visiting a Jimmy John’s. Horrible experience. Will never be back, at least not at the one in Speedway, IN. Would give 0 stars if available. Person taking the orders did not greet me, did not say “hello, can I help you” did not smile, told him I had never been to a Jimmy John’s, he did not suggest anything, just stared at me, I felt like I was really putting him out by just being there. After ordering and paying he said “You’re Done” Not a Thank you. He definitely does not need to be working on front line with customers! I ordered the Ultimate Italian, the bread was brunt, bacon was brunt, gross sandwich. Wasted $12!!

This ain’t it chief. Gone are the days of ‘Freaky Fast’- now are the days of ‘I placed my order 16 min ago and they haven’t started making it yet when I arrive to pick it up’.
The trip before this I walked in at 6 pm, there was one worker at the back of the room behind the counter talking on the phone- she looked at me, and walked to the back. No greeting. I waited three min and left to get food elsewhere.
I miss the days of yore when you walk in, there’s 4 guys working who all shout ‘Welcome to Jimmy’s’, and you get your sandwich within 60 seconds of finishing telling them the order. Those days are gone, this is just the corpse of a once great chain.

Every bit of a sandwich is supposed to taste the same. But here I have a bunch of lettuce, the butts of tomatoes and slapped on turkey. Called to complain and the manager is so rude. “I promise you. I love this location! I have a pork allergy and have never had a reaction. They don’t even bat an eye at remaking a sandwich and making sure they have clean supplies to make sure you don’t have a reaction.
