Order Jimmy John’s tonight on the app, and when I receive my sandwich it was not made the way I ordered it. It did not have the extra crispy jalapeños that I had ordered or extra onion. So I called up to the store and told them there may have been a mistake, and the gentleman that answered the phone began telling me that he knows the sandwiches made right because he made it himself. Then proceeded to yell across the store does someone else saying “ This dude is saying we didn’t make his sandwich right. I know we did because I made it.” The manager then got on the phone and told me she helped make it and knows that it was made right but she was going to send the driver back out to get my sandwich and bring me a new one. She tried to justify the way that the first guy talked to me, saying that he is just a kid. Well, if he is a kid, and doesn’t know how to speak to customers, then maybe he shouldn’t be answering your phones. I showed the first sandwich to the driver and he agreed that it was not made correctly. I believe they need to be taught customer service skills at this location. Maybe next time instead of arguing they will just apologize and make the correct sandwich to keep a loyal customer. It’s pretty clear that one sandwich is missing things from the order that the second sandwich has.

General manager called and her solution was giving me a $10 credit. After this conversation it’s obvious why this location has just as many 1 star reviews as 5 star. If she is the one training employees on customer service skills, then this location is going to go under.

I want to give them a five star rating, I really do, but the skimpy meat portions held me back. Today I deviated from my standard order of either the gargantuan or double gargantuan. Those sandwiches are my standard fair because they do pack on the meat. For my sandwich today, the #5 Perfect Italian, the veggie toppings were good and the bread was its normal crispy perfection. My daughters kids meal ham & cheese looked great, and my wife’s Unwich lettuce wrap was delicious as well. This location is always nice and clean and it has a good amount of seating for a shop in a little strip of shops. Also picked up some bread, super large at an amazing price!!

I got a great sandwich from Jimmy John’s today! I asked for extra lettuce and got it! I didn’t ask for napkins and I got napkins. I’m not sure why you have to ask for them at other restaurants??? Great service too.

Ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch (added cucumber). There is more tomato than chicken, barley any lettuce & no bacon. Soggy and room temperature. Very disappointed!

About half the time when I pre-order a sandwich to arrive a few minutes before my lunch break, it doesn’t arrive until 30 minutes AFTER it was scheduled to. Why bother having the pre-order option if they aren’t going g to deliver at the scheduled time?

Trash service, it’s has been too many times, the doors are locked early at 9pm. As I type this, I’m told by staff they open at 10:30. SMH trash location.

Came to this place to pick up my mobile order 2 employees was having fun on their phones while one girl cleaning the lobby after standing there for 5-7 mins the lobby girl came and ask me what do I need I mean other employees saw me but refuse to come to register to help me no wonder their ratings are low if you don’t want to work than stay home what a pathetic customer service.

Freaky slow service, ordered online and it wasn’t ready 15 minutes later, they we’re just starting it. Shop was empty. I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes before either worker acknowledged me, only one was actively working on my order. The other was just standing with his back to me. I had to ask for my cup. Soda area was gross and crusty. Bread was hard on one end and the meat portions are ridiculously small. I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful.
