Highly recommend this location. They are really great with my order, my favorite is the #9, sometimes with a combo. On my most recent visit I saw a lot of staff and they were all working hard but with a smile on their faces, including Camaraderie with each other which I think is awesome!! Just like they normally do, it’s awesome!! Usually I do carry out but the one time I was “dine in” that was awesome too.

Went to Jimmy John’s to get food for my family jalapeño ranch chicken wrap had absolutely no chicken in it and then my #2 sandwich had exactly two slices of meat. I’ve gotten these exact same orders on multiple occasions and never had this happen. Unfortunately didn’t realize what was wrong until I got it home. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered online because they weren’t coming to the register. Waited 20 minutes for my food to be made and people that came in 15 minutes after me got their food. I did make it clear I was waiting for food. Music was extremely loud so they couldnt really hear anything being said.

Have never had a bad experience. They even made me deconstructed sandwiches once so that I could assemble and eat the sandwiches the next day for a canoe trip and they not be soggy.

I ordered my food for delivery. 1st of all….. when my food was delivered, no one notified me. They just set the food by the door and ASSUMED I would know. It’s been sitting out there for about 30 minutes before I realized it. And my drink was wrong too. Kind of wish tipping after receiving service was an option….. do better.

Sadly I love Jimmy John’s… their Beach Club lettuce wrap is delicious… but I think this is the last Jimmy John’s sub I will purchase… I get that things happen but to find a hair halfway thru a $10 sandwich is enough to make the boldest sandwich lover gag!

So much for freaky fast! This place always takes forever, and some how they gained the audacity to ask for tips. The bread feels like it’s a few days past expired, and the ingredients are not distributed well at all. I usually love Jimmy Johns, but I’ll pass on this location.

This is the biggest joke of a store ever. I rarely write reviews, but this store has deserved a low rating for a long time. Today’s experience finally made me write this. 8 people working in the store. Only 1 person was actually making sandwiches. No wonder my wait is consistently over 10 minutes. Today’s wait was 18 minutes to get two sandwiches. What a freaking joke for a deli???? What are you cooking that takes so long? This is always the case at this restaurant. Today my husband dropped me off to go inside to order since the drive thru was so backed up. He drove to Wendy’s to get food and came back and I was still waiting on lunch meat sandwiches to be assembled. I really enjoy the food which is why I continue to come back and HOPE that it’s not a complete waste of time (spoiler alert: always is). I hope management can figure out the issue here.
Side note: they did explain to customers in front of me that they were waiting on bread to cool before making sandwiches, but that sliced wheat and the little sandwiches were available now. So I ordered sliced wheat. And still took nearly 20min. Phew!
