Stopped to get a chk bac ranch this afternoon and it was great. I placed my order, went to set down to wait, pulled up my phone and like 3 seconds later it was already ready. Fresh, delicious and served to me with the best service. Can’t say enough about this JJ location.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were messed up. And forgot our drink on Togo order. So had to go back. Great quality cold cuts with poor execution. That’s the beach club with extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra cucumber.

I’m a picky eater and not a frequent of Jimmy John’s. I went to this location and had some questions while ordering. The man behind the counter taking my order was very sweet while helping me. And then at some point in time, a lady who was helping make sandwiches came to the register and was being so rude about some of the questions I was asking. I ended up telling the guy that I didn’t want anything at all. I walked out and went across the street to Panera Bread. Not gonna support a business if I get yelled at by one of their employees.

JJ tried to use Uber Eats to deliver my order last night and it never showed up. An employee called me and said someone from the store would bring it but it never showed up and then they closed so I couldn’t ask for my money back. Tried to request it first thing this morning and was told they can’t process refunds after the store opens the next day. I don’t understand offering Freaky Fast delivery and then relying on a terrible delivery service like Uber Eats. FURTHERMORE, there’s no way to report a missed delivery to them.

My whole sandwich is inedible. I had to call and get a credit back to my card because what I specifically asked for at the beginning of my order was not done correctly.
The girl who took my order looked unhappy and upset that I had even walked in. As soon as I was done and before I even paid she turned around and got on her phone to text. I had an issue with making my payment because I was trying the tap feature and she just said “you have to insert it” and turned back around.
I should have know to check the order since she was rushing me through the process anyways. The only reason this is 3 stars is because they refunded my card. I won’t be returning to this location.

Normally the service is very good, but today was exceptionally terrible. My coworkers and I ordered a scheduled delivery for later in the day. Since we’ve had problems in the past We than called and confirmed that they got our order and they could bring them all together since we use the app separately so we can get our points. When my coworker called they told us no problem and they would have it and bring it all together. Well the time of the delivery window passed and finally a driver showed up but only with one of our orders. I asked him where the other two were and he said they were super slammed with a big order and the other driver had them right behind him. 20 minutes go by and the other 2 orders still hadn’t showed up. We called the store they said oh the driver just left with it and will be right there. 15 more mins go by and it’s still not here. So we call again and explain the situation and they apologized and finally 10 minutes later our orders finally show up.. this wouldn’t be a problem but we only have a small amount of time for lunch and we have to take it during a certain time hence why we did a scheduled delivery. It was suppose to be there between 11:45-12 and it showed up at 12:40. Our work is 4 minutes from the store..

Order from this Jimmy Johns all the time. Only had one mistake done. Delivery driver left my order on my neighbors porch but when I called the location the manager handle the situation fairly and had my food remade and delivered within 20 mins.

Hooray to Jimmy John’s for saving my beloved relationship. Thanks to your speedy sandwiches my healthcare wife ordered, I was able to save off the damages of my angry wife. Her anger subsided as she bit into one of your sandwiches and it saved my marriage. She was able to return to the hospital and save lives. Until the next time she skips breakfast, thank you Jimmy John’s.-my wife
