I love Jimmy John’s and eat there more than I would like to admit.
I was in town for a kid’s sporting tournament so I thought I’d grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner.
This location had two teenaged young men and a late 20s or early 30s man running the place. All of them were on their phones and struggled to greet me. I had ordered online so I guess they really didn’t need to. That wasn’t the biggest deal. I think we’re all used to it in general.
When I got back to the hotel, I was quite surprised to find that neither sandwich had any meat or cheese on it. Lettuce, onion, tomato, but no mayo. They were No 1 Little Johns which should have ham and provolone on them.
I rarely write bad reviews, but the combined experience encouraged me to leave a detailed review (which frankly, I’ve wasted enough time on).
There is another location 3 miles north of this one. Haven’t been there, but based upon my experience with Jimmy John’s, it must be infinitely better than this one.

We ordered 3 sandwiches for $30 and they were the worst I’ve ever received. There was be 1.5 slices of turkey, very few vegetables and a lot of bread. I called the store to discuss and was informed that they weigh the meat to 66 grams and they can’t do anything about it. Since then I’ve learned that 66 grams is about 2 ounces. I will never return to Jimmy John’s.

The best sub in town: spicy east coast Italian, I ordered a roast beef little John but when I picked up my order and took it home they made my a veggie little john, I wasn’t going to complain because the sandwich they made me was very good. However, that wasn’t the sandwich I ordered. I still love you all food. **update** I went to my favorite joint to pick up some sandwiches, this is the problem. I ordered my sandwich with mustard, but I didn’t get it they put the mustard on my wife’s sandwich. Every time we come here something is out of place or missing, while I like your food. If you tell us to pick what we want and we do that then you make the sandwich however you guys want to, it defeats the purpose of us choosing what we want. I’m not sure if you are rushing, not following instructions or you all don’t care, I have tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but you keep messing orders up and maybe I should take my business somewhere else. We pay money to get our food made the way we want it not how you guys feel like making it. I enjoy the taste of your food if you could follow directions this could be so much more enjoyable.

Ordered a beach club with modifications. For delivery. Uber driver was great. But both sandwiches were disappointing. You can see the poor #12 lacking avocado, sprouts, meat, cheese, all the lovely things that usually come on it the country club made us sad also. It was a BOGO50. I wish more intention was put into getting those orders right…Im using a coupon yet tip delivery well (bc in this economy?) but then be disappointed over the food quality is just heartbreaking

This locations staff is weird, they don’t seem too happy to be there, they have questioned my order and gotten it wrong several times. Love Jimmy John’s but probably won’t be back to this location

Ordered a #13 the cubana. When I received the sandwich there was next to no meat on it. Took it to the counter to show them and was rudely told by a young employee I will not get any more meat on the sandwich. No apologies or explanation….terrible experience

This guy was right on the food with no mask, and continued to be after I voiced my concern. I wasn’t able to get a picture of him handling food without gloves , but he was. If you are at all concerned about the virus I do not recommend this place. This was all in broad day light like no big deal. Virus or not He has no business that close to the food station.

Jimmy Johns has an advertisement for free chips and a drink after 2 pm. So I decided to wait until 2 to get my lunch and went to this location and they said they would not honor it. Great way to treat you customers. IF you are gonna be a franchise owner then honor what the franchise is offering. I cater food for my employees every Saturday roughly about 45 people and spend about $500. I have been catering from this location for over 5 years. After today you will not be receiving any more catering orders from us. I ordered potbellys instead for this Saturday and any future jimmy johns catering orders will be done at another location not owned by this greedy individual who doesn’t know how to run a business.
