This place is an absolute nightmare run by a greedy owner who refuses to properly staff his restaurant. They’re woefully understaffed because this cheapskate would rather drive away every customer than spend a dime on adequate employees. Every visit is a disaster – wrong orders, surly staff, and when you complain, they act like YOU’RE the problem. The owner is so pathetically greedy he’s destroyed his own business rather than hire enough people to do the job right. It’s infuriating to watch such blatant disrespect for customers. Avoid this trainwreck at all costs – the owner clearly hates his customers as much as we’ve learned to hate his establishment.

Food was delicious as expected and service was fast and friendly. It is a little pricier than other sub joints, but the sandwiches are very good.

I recently went to the Jimmy John’s on Tiffin Ave in Findlay . I ordered my usual which was very delicious. BUT , with my rewards I earned a FREE BROWNIE. I have no idea how old this Brownie was but when my wife opened it up it fell apart it was so old and dry . How disgusting!!!! We threw it in the garbage.
I suggest that the staff might want to throw out the old Brownies and NOT give them to your customers. Yes , it was free but free doesn’t make it good for anyone if it is stale and out dated.
UPDATE:
The “owner” of the Jimmy John’s on Tiffin Ave in Findlay sent me a response to my post above. I could tell it was a computer generated response asking for further details on my experience. If you read the post I wrote I couldn’t have made it more CLEAR !!!! “ Your Free BROWNIES ARE OUT DATED AND STALE “ how’s that for more detail !!!
Have some common courtesy toward your customers and respond personally instead of passing the problem to someone else at the corporate level . It’s your store so fix the problem in house . Common sense goes a long way.

Any readers, go to a restaurant that cares about customers.
Show up at 5pm on a Friday, and the doors are locked. I don’t do drive-thru. I’ll go somewhere else.

I have been going here for years. Drive thru and delivery. I have great interactions everytime. The people are always naturally friendly. I’m not sure where all these crazy reviews are coming from. I honestly go there weekly, sometimes more. They are great!

Always a pleasure to come here for a quick grab to eat. They address you as miss/mister, unexpectedly polite thing to say, whether or not they’re forced to say so! I always ask for them to super-soak my sandwich with their vinaigrette and they’re spot on when I say so bc I just love the taste of it soaked into my bread! The place looks clean, and they’re just as freaky fast when they make it, like other Jimmy John’s

My mom n I come thru there alot, every single time I’m distraught by the actions of a certain male employee. 1st cut me off while ordering, yelled at me cuz I told him I had free bag of chips, literally threw my bag out the window thankfully I caught it and he then slammed the door. Name of employee is in my receipt. I always write positive reviews but this has happened on numerous occasions.
