Unbelievable! There aren’t any customers when I walk in. A few days in a row I am trying to use the restroom and it is locked. When I question them they said it is in use. Yet… no customers….i believe that they just don’t want to clean it. When I asked they kept on asking me back :what? As if they didn’t understand me! They should not be open if they act like this! Unbelievable!

There is no respect of customer service, The charge full amount but they don’t fill it up any source, they make dry sub. The handover food bag separate you have to pack up your food and everything that’s a self service like a gas station. Even though I would say worse than gas station. They charge you for everything but they don’t remind you that you forget something.

Terrible customer service. Employees ignored me for 3-6 minutes while I stood waiting at the register. Never greeted me, never looked at me. They simply kept working on a large order. I would’ve been happy to wait if they’d had the decency to say hi and ask me to be patient. Additionally, the last time I visited this location, they made every delivery order before making my in person order. Waited 15 minutes. Avoid this location.

Worst location i have ever been to. ordered $40 worth of food and they would not accept a $50 bill to pay for food. That is ridiculous. Then tell me there is a sign on the door that says no large bills. The sign is on the window and at waist height. If you want someone to read something put it on the door at eye level. I hope this location goes out of business.

This is quite literally the worst Jimmy John’s. The slowest service possible and the quality is trash. I have never had a complaint about any Jimmy John’s in the NKY area but this one is by my work and is just tragic every time. One time they were literally out of bread.

Food wise I like Jimmy John’s but I’ll never eat at this location again and I’m writing as not a customer but as a doordasher this time so I show up for order some cocky manager tells me that it’s going to be a 20-minute wait it was a larger order so I said okay so I waited about 15 minutes watching customers eat an leave so I asked the cocky manager what’s going on why am I’m not getting my order he said because the customers that walk in the door they make more money off them so I let my customer know what he said and she was pissed said she will never order from there for her company again of any kind of order I even ask why are you even on doordash he said because of the gift cards we make money off of that we got 800 drivers and we don’t need them we ain’t got no contract we just partnered with them because of gift cards so customers beware if you ordering through doordash he going to try to play you smh

I came in at 11:30 with an order for 6 meals for my office. I was promptly informed by the register person Andrew that I should have pre ordered because this is their busy time. No smile just very direct. There was only one person in the store. He just handed me 6 cups. I had to ask for the drink caddy. He handed me a carrier for 4 drinks. I had to ask for a second one. This person was not friendly. Will not be back for my office meetings. Remember, a smile is free.
