They charge you $5 for delivery then there is never a driver to bring it to you. The manager who called to tell me that my order would not be coming took zero responsibility made zero apology and made the excuse its hard to get people to come to work when they don’t want to. Sounds like he doesn’t even want to be there. So if the employees dont want to come to work and don’t bother to work when they are then my business is gone forever. I was charged almost $18 for a regular sub with a combo of chips and a drink. I’m entirely sure I was overcharged but it is what it is. I will not be coming back to Jimmy John’s and I highly recommend everyone else follow suit. Scamming customers is NEVER the correct action.

Black specks in my drink. It looks like one month ago someone posted this exact issue and it’s obviously not been taken care of….hope I don’t get sick. The place also smelled like sewage and they said it was the grease trap. I should have left then.

Update: Ended up getting sore throat two days later and hasn’t gotten better for 4 days, so had to go to doctor today. Thanks Jimmy John’s!!!

Huge lack of service. I’ve been denied service now twice during open business hours, more than 15 minutes before to close. The first instance this occurred the door was locked, could’ve been short staff. Although tonight I walked in and the worker at the register stood on their phone and didn’t say anything until asked if they were still open. When asked we were told they were closed. It was 8:43 PM when they are scheduled to close at 9:00 PM. All food was packed up and the workers were unprepared and unable to provide service. It’s a shame this is the epitome of customer service nowadays.

It’s maybe only a third of the time that they get the orders correct. Apparently adding onions, or mustard, or mayo, to a sandwich is too hard, both tonight and several other times. And the workers weren’t busy, they were just sitting there on their phones.

Let alone the time that we ordered delivery, and they just didn’t bother to let us know they didn’t have a driver. The order just sat there for 20 minutes until we called and found out, then another 15 while we picked it up and brought it home.

Do better guys. Because at this rate, I’ll go elsewhere, and tell anyone else to do so as well. As opposed to wasting your money and time.

The workers at this Jimmy John’s restaurant are top-notch. However, the lack of air conditioning inside the restaurant was terrible. I’m not sure how you expect people to work in those conditions and or have customers eat-in at your restaurant? It was so hot while I waited on my food it was making me sick. (Poor employees) hotter inside than it is outside , they did however have some room size Air Conditioning units putting out the same amount of cold air out the front with HOT air blowing out the Back!
