I just want to take a minute and thank Doug for a very Happy Easter! My 90 year old mom want something different for Easter this year. I came up with Parkway Tavern Roast Beef Po Boy, a New Orleans Classic, oh yeah! I had the best roast beef recipe in my hand, but I could not find good French bread anywhere! Them I called Jimmy John’s and Doug saved the day! I bought 10 loafs of fresh perfect French bread and my whole family lost their mind over the incredible Parkway Tavern Roast Beef Po Boys! Thank you Doug for working with me so that I got the perfect product!

Last visit to this location mas I’ve had issue with orders before. Today I ordered the Turkey Tom and got 2 pieces of Turkey with lettuce and some tomato. Almost no lunch meat on an $8 sandwich. Skip this location , seems they have quality control issues

Food seems to always be a little off. I’ve never seen a Jimmy Johns take so long. I worked for Jimmy Johns at a different location and would have sandwiches ready before the customer paid. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through and it takes 45 + to get it delivered. Way too long.

I ordered a beach club (the only meat that comes on it is turkey). I get home and there’s no turkey on it lol so I call back and ask to speak to the manager, the guy who answered told me he was the manager . I let him know what was going on so he said if I was close to come back and they would remake it . I said I’m not close so he said we can offer you a refund if you’d like and have the sandwich remade so I said ok. I drive back and the guy at the window stated he was the manager and that was his driver that I talked to so he can either give me a refund or make my sandwich but he can’t give me both??!!!! WHAT??!!! I’ve never experienced a more rude individual in my entire life and he’s the manager at this place ? Absolutely ridiculous

Well the location in West Chester has a closed drive thru and because of that situation have been going to the Hamilton location. So the last couple of nights I had the honor of meeting the man who was there last night on the 8th of November at 8:31 pm. I believe his name is Zach and he is a very hard worker a one person army for lack of better words. He is a good and hard employee who deserves all the praise he can get.

So I have been ordering again, food is good as always. Fast delivery as always, now when they answer the phone you feel like a customer not a number or something they had to do. Look I get it these places under pay and over work but we still have to do it as professionally as we can. If you dig ditches make it the best damn ditch you ever dug. So I give five stars, not because it changed my life but because I really felt I got my monies worth. Even the drivers have been nice, and make you feel they cared. Its a huge improvement, now the service matches the good food.
